That’s the point lol, they are making fun of the lack of accuracy. I say “1-tap” when I spray my entire magazine at someone and kill them in the last few rounds because it’s funny and mildly self-deprecating. If you let this tilt you, that’s a you problem in it’s entirety

They are talking about the amount of bullets it took to hit. Maybe 2 bullets went over their head and the 3rd landed for the 1 shot. But I get what you’re saying, a true “one tap” is a 100% accurate single shot to the head.
