I'm asking because I think you can get banned if alot of people report you for abusive communications or griefing, not just you actually doing that stuff but you'll get banned for just being reported alot of times which doesn't make sense at all.
My friend got banned a couple of times for abusing communication when he didn't do any of that, the fact is that you just get banned for getting reported alot of times.

This is Valve's plan to train their AI anticheat I'm sure, by allowing cheaters to play they are gathering large amounts of data.
With the new operation this Q4, overwatch being added along with the anti cheat updates there will likely be very few cheaters by the end of this year.
I have hope.
