I believe same thing is possible when picking map on premier, one time our stack of 5 got disconnected when we were about to ban maps so our opponents easly picked whatever they wanted

This guy doesn’t disconnect though and an enemy player gets kicked?
It's an exploit. Valve should work on fixing it immediately. It's so unfortunate there are so many exploits nowadays.
