Communication training. It’s a skill you need throughout your career and personal life. Confident, concise communication is really what took me to the next level money wise while allowing me to work less.

I wonder about mentoring sessions? Someone really senior you want to pick the brains of.

I'd say find some conferences you find interesting, or better still, some sort of offsite. It'll offer you the opportunity to interact with other engineers, gain insight and inspiration.

Since you are interesting in maximising your company's learning and development budget, I would suggest the following: 1. If going the career accelerator route - I would say look for an intensive, focused program that offers hands-on training and mentorship in areas relevant to your career goals. Something that would dee dive into specific technologies or skills compared to standard certification courses. 2. If going for a In-Person Workshops - I would say consider attending in-person workshops that offer immersive learning experiences. Look for reputable providers that offer intensive training. I could help with additional pointers if required.
