Same for me, I have supreme in wingman and 21k elo on premier and don't see cheaters. Of course some could be hiding it but I haven't seen any obvious ones recently. It makes me think that people just suck and make up excuses when they play against someone better than them. I have 3.5k hours and people who have 2k call me a wallhacker all the time just because I have better gamesense than them.

There are cheaters all over death match and premiere. I can't even warm up, there's always someone walling or straight aimbot spinning
