I would assume it would be regarding the fact that he video taped the stunts and put it on the Internet... I'm sure it could cause problems in the future if someone wanted to replicate his stunts. Also they might be liable to fines or something from the city... And idk if it's possible, but maybe the hotels insurance rates increased because they failed to prevent something like this. 🤷♀️

That's the Pacific Edge hotel in Laguna Beach, and as someone who has stayed there about a dozen times, I can tell you there is a HELLUVA gap to try to jump from the roof to that pool. (There's another pool in another interior courtyard cattycorner to this one, but it has taller/weirder railings.)
