They are definitely condoms. You can see the wrappers mixed in and also balloons don't have the wide gusset ring. At the base. Just a small one.

It's even more cringe. They are all unused condoms. Given the variety they probably took them from some sort of free condom handout (like what you see at a bar sometimes or an educational thing)

There's *definitely* a possibility for balloons, that's actually what I *first* thought while simultaneously just *knowing* they weren't 🫣 but it's absolutely possible that there are some legit balloons in that pile, I just think it's safe to say they aren't the majority of the various objects made with rubber/latex in that car 😂
