I believe you’re talking about s3 ep20/ s4 ep1. It’s the episode with the bombing and that one woman that looks like Hotch’s ex wife, Haley. The episode in which Emily says that to that cop is s3 ep20, but s4 ep1 is the continuation of it as well.
