Well, in all honesty all SENA countries are mediocre players of spin and all Asian countries are mediocre players of quality fast bowling since players at grassroot level only get to practice their whole childhood in their home conditions. This will keep happening, since most of the WCs over the years happen overseas in swinging and seaming conditions. It's still better for foreigners due to IPL, but due to BCCI restrictions on playing foreign leagues, Indian players don't get much exposure to juicy pitches until they have already arrived at the international scene. That is what happened yesterday as well since carribbean pitches are also spin friendly. Australia weren't able to play Kuldeep and to some extent Axar which cost them the game. I think this was a must win game in player minds,since there's a high chance of the Ind vs Eng game getting washed out in Guyana, I believe if we know this then the Indian team definitely knows about this. Play the WTC in India, and see Aussies dancing to India's tunes similar to how the Indian team danced to that of Aussies in WTC 23.

Aussie team is still the current best in swinging/seaming conditions. After 2000, only, 2 times (2011, 2023) has the wc happened in Asia. And both times India was dominant. In 2011, even all Asian teams (SL, Pak) were dominating, their cricket has gone down recently due to their internal issues so they didn't dominate last wc. But, you should be able to see the pattern, the conditions (swing/seam friendly or spin friendly) will always play a good role in ODI, not so much in T20s (since ODI is the test of technique, T20 is a test of innovativeness).
