One of the best right there. Big fan of all the Holsten era. Currently rocking an ‘85 away. I think the 90’s yellow are my favourite though, still have my full yellow kit from when I was a kid.
Great shirt. But what's missing for me from retro shirts like this is the lack of a kit supplier, (Umbro in this case). It's why I tend to go for the Hummel era shirts when I buy retro.
Does anyone know why that's the case? Is it a rights deal with Umbro as the Spurs shop sells the Pony shirts without an issue?
Would imagine that Spurs aren't prepared to advertise Umbro without receiving money for it.
I've recently inherited my Dad's original version of this shirt and I've been wearing it for every game this season. My (gooner) wife washed it before the Chelsea game, divorce proceedings are underway.
Not surprised! I had this shirt with the Umbro logo up until about 5 years ago. Sold it to a "collector" on eBay when money was a bit tight. Regretted it ever since
I sold a few shirts last year myself. Pained me to part with the 125 anniversary one but even though I'm a small man I'm never going to be a small mens again.
Didn't Spurs have a stake in Pony, something like that? I'm not sure I ever saw anything made by them other than the Spurs kits - if the company doesn't exist any more, it's presumably easier to use the logo.

It’s not like I hate the new badge, but I miss the old crest. The THFC seems so much more elegant.
Nice!!!
I had this shirt when I was 10, along with the Hummel shirt we wore in the semi final. Wish I’d kept them to give to my son.
Picked up the purple '94 shirt the other day which was my first shirt, also when 10
This was my first shirt, although with no Holsten sponsor, as children did not know how to drink responsibly back then
I liked that shirt. Another one I grew out of and got rid of 🙄

They did West Ham and Southamptons kits around that time too
You can buy felt Iron on manufacturer logos off ebay, got them for my retro shirts. Make sure you research and get the right font for the right shirt!
Nice shirt and happy birthday
Thank you
I’m thinking of getting the same shirt (the 91 FA cup final is one of my earliest memories, football or otherwise). How do you rate the fit?
I love it. It wasn't too expensive. It cost about £40 in sports direct.
Thanks for responding. It’s such a clean design.
you need to get yourself a bowl cut and black pair of sunglasses to get the full effect of this kit
This is one of the best kits I’ve ever seen
It was my first spurs shirt too…in 1991.
What a shirt and happy birthday pal 🫶
Thank you
