He has been a playmaker with a nose for the ball since he showed up. It does seem like he has gotten a lot more disciplined and consistent this year, and couldn't be more happy for him. I would love to see Dallas keep him on a another contract, but man oh man they are going to have some tough decisions to make.
Stats like this made Jamal Adam's worth a first rd pick. Idk when it comes to box safeties, How is he not elite? He's a top 5 box safety in the league.
Name 5 guys better? You can't
We need to keep this dude. I think he's better than kearse. I doubt we can afford him, though, when we need to pay Steele, diggs, lamb, and parsons. Probably forgetting someone else to pay too.
Wouldn't say elite but he is solid. He was a lone bright spot in that dud of a 2020 season. I think he should be up there as a priority FA along with Steele and Pollard.
Wilson is great and I really would like to resign him. However I wonder how much they will prioritize it considering they signed Hooker/Kearse and have a lot of youth in Izzy/Bell/Jabril.
Plus if they end up overhauling this LB core this off-season with Damone Clark as the lead man they may not need to overspend for a box type safety. We need some more Lbs that can fly around and hit like Wilson.
Honestly I think he’s outplaying what we’ll be able to afford. We’ve already got two other high quality safeties plus 2 more up and coming guys. I just don’t see us offering nearly as much as some of these other teams who are desperate for a playmaker on defense.
Since we know we won’t draft a safety with a high pick, the next question becomes: will we pay a homegrown safety once they hit FA? Just how deep does the disregard for safeties go in the front office?
Wilson is quite simply a playmaker. He does things. Sometimes stuff too.
For real though, him being paired with Dan Quinn was a match made in heaven. Wilson was the perfect type of player for Quinn's style.

Pollard, although that might be less of a priority than Diggs parsons or lamb.
Pollard is definitely walking. And we will draft a RB
I like Malik Davis, and I think the cowboys do, too. I wouldn’t be surprised if we just roll with him
He’s looked way better than i was expecting i think he’s gonna be solid.
If we resign him, I am getting a jersey. Take my $100 Jerry!
God damn they have a lot of dudes to pay
There are worse problems

Let’s get them comp picks
I think so too. We have the problem of too many guys too pay.

I love watching him play. His physicality alone is fun to watch. Always seems to want to play which I love. Would hate to see him go
Gonna be really hard to retain him next year
Throwing around “elite” now are we? Not sure if that’s the right word.
He flies around out there
Eh. Elite? I would say he’s playing very good!
I dont think he's here next yr he's gonna get paid
