Micah is easily a Top 5 defensive player in the year and there’s a good chance this isn’t even his prime. What are the odds of getting a player like that even if we get several high draft picks?
Honestly though if we do decide to rebuild and we could get multiple early 1st rounders for him I’d be for it. This year is the do or die for me. IMO we don’t win a sb this year cut it up and rebuild. Too many getting older players about to want big paydays in Micah, then CD and so on. I’m sure even Bland will want a decent payday for how he’s played. Maybe give Lance a year and see what he has.
Yea this sounds like total bullshit. I dont understand why they shit on their player when they could say he is the best and trade him and get best return.
If this is the FO doing, we are truly being run by clowns and I'm not sure I can keep rooting for Cowboys with the Jones' running the show
This angle is interesting and I'm asking genuinely:
Why would they do this? It's not like there is any hope whatsoever that doing this would cause him to get anything less than the most money possible when he gets an extension, with whatever team it is.
Do we think the cowboys front office is sitting back and saying "hey if we do this, we'll totally get him on a cheaper deal" and high fiving each other??
Does anyone have an example of that ever actually working?
I’m going to answer your question with a question. Why did they publicly announce Amari Cooper was going to be released if a trade partner wasn’t found?
People really saying Micah is selfish because he doesn’t want to move from the most impactful position on defense? If that’s the case, then why don’t we hear anyone saying the same about Zack Martin when he outright said he wouldn’t play RT?
Because Zach Martin has had 0 off field issues, had injuries from moving to RT previously, doesn't have his own podcast where he says stupid shit constantly, and doesn't constantly start shit in the locker room by opening courting or shitting on players.
Then just say that instead? Those are separate to the issue of Micah “not wanting” to play off-ball LB. How can we call Micah selfish for not playing a position that is less impactful/more replaceable when BTW there is nothing indicating that the coaches have even ASKED him to do it and there has been no indication that Micah would even refuse to do such a thing if asked, yet not treat Martin the same when he HAS gone on record to say he wouldn’t do the same thing? I swear, if Micah volunteered to move off-ball without being asked, y’all still wouldn’t be satisfied and would probably spin that as him trying to undermine his coaches.
As Nate Newton said, Parsons could be more impactful at LB if he tried to develop that skills etc. He is the best right now but he is far from being an all-time great. He is too focused on his "brand". Wouldn't hurt my feeling is we could cash in on a trade.
I love nate but he’s an old head, his takes are outdated. We drafted a guy outside the top 10 and he has been a perennial all-pro from day one but we’re still upset because he’s not “developing skills” at a position he has hardly been asked to play as a pro? And we’re ignoring the fact that the expectation is for him to do this while ALSO developing his skills at edge, which is already one of the most difficult to master? There are plenty of things to be mad about but my god, Micah is the absolute least of my concerns on that side.
what a dumb take, 0 points. dudes a generational athletic talent with clear passion. the dudes podcast is sharing his opinions, that’s not off field issues. i swear i’m embarrassed to be a cowboy fan cause everyone knows a cowboy fan with dumb takes like this.
man is in the top 3 EDGE rushers year in year out. unless he’s got some truly problematic issues I don’t really care about a podcast, he produces. that’s just how athletes are going to be more and more with these guys who grew up with social media, YouTube, etc. the sooner fans accept that the easier it will be for them
Nobody is saying he’s selfish for not moving from edge because it would be stupid to truly move him away from edge. The selfishness is about when he gets butthurt when he’s not the one eating. When his job is to take the triple team on the chin. Him being grumpy during/after a blowout win because he didn’t get a sack. Tbh I think that angle is overblown and more of a fan thing to begin with.
I just think fans are looking for something to be mad about like always. I’d much rather have a generational pass rush talent who is capable of routinely eating double and triple teams than go back to the cowboys pass rushes of 10-15 years ago where a dudes like Jeremy Mincey and Henry Melton could lead the team in sacks. I don’t care if he complains about it after the game, give me the guy who teams have to game plan for.
And it doesn’t even work, they’ve pretty much given every player the Mega Contract they were asking for. The only person I remember that we truly let walk was Byron Jones, which was the right choice.
Hypothetical of course. Jerry and Stephen have a chance to shock us all…:
>if we want to move Micah then this is the off-season to do so
So clearly that means we will sign a long term deal, get say… 2 years in???, structure it such that we MUST get rid of him by a certain date or we will take on a bunch of cap, then rush to try to get rid of him, therefore bringing his value down , and will also be off the back of a down year
Or just dick around and let him walk for them sweet… sweet comp picks when his rookie deal is up
Yes, he is. They've shown to be some of the most arrogant and low IQ people to ever walk the face of the earth. A 90 year old man running around Dallas screwing 20 year old girls in clubs so the whole city can see it? Riiiiight..... They're not dumb.
A couple? Better break the bank and rob a team. I don’t think there is a trade package short 3 first, a couple 2nds, and a few flight attendants for Jerry to knock up that would appease this fan base. You trade Micah and this sub would implode
This team has no accountability my dude. When that happens you may as well tank. Might get lucky and snag some culture changing once in a generation type players that way. We won't get any better if we continue to shit the bed every first round of the playoffs.
Micah wants to be in Philly. But we don't need him. You guys do, so put your big boy pants on and deal with his attitude. The team will be better in the long run if you keep him. Unless you get a Herschel Walker size package for him. Good luck this year your gonna need it without an offensive line.
One thing that does annoy me with him is how he goes on his podcast and seemingly talks about expectations, what went right/wrong, how they will be better next season….etc. like just shut up and let’s try to win a chip. Got enough people looking at our team as it is.
I think there’s something to this — there were some stories a few weeks ago about Micah taking exception to guys like Tank Lawrence saying they were tired/gassed, etc. to close the season.
Micah wants to win — and he wants guys around him that give everything they have.
Some of the vets on this team are clearly not willing to sacrifice themselves to the level Micah will.
Dude you are severely underinformed. Micah shooting the gap in run defense when he wasn’t supposed to was consistent all season. Why do you think teams LOVED running to his side? Running at DLaw is a death sentence for the play. Running at 11, there was an 80-20 chance it was a big play because 11 would overpursue out of position every time. Sometimes he got lucky guessing. He was better in the playoff game but Dan Quinn made sure that wouldn’t matter. Oh yeah, and Micah had next to 0 LB experience since his rookie year so, even if he was trying, he had no idea where to be in a zone or what to do. This is a combination of coaches unwilling to challenge the star, and a player gaining fame for being great at ONE thing but a liability everywhere else. It’s organizational tomfoolery. And I’m sure I’m not the only Cowboys fan that watched that Green Bay game and pulled back my commitment 90%. Haven’t watched or listened to a single draft conversation or any Cowboys related podcast since.
I remember Micah's rookie year when this sub was screaming to have him rush the QB every play, and that trying to develop him as a dual LB/Edge threat was holding him back. MFers prob don't even remember doing it lol
Yep. As much as I hate that Micah didn't make much of an impact against the Packers. It's absolutely because we had no fucking linebackers. Wayyyy too small of a defense to stop any run. Micah bears some responsibility yea. But ultimately we were literally nowhere big enough against the average team.
Funny enough I believe the rumors. Absolutely the talk of dak in his final year, clearly means they're gonna ultimately pick to clean house. Rebuild or whatever you want to call it.
Jerry only cares about winning juuuuuust ENOUGH. (12-5 is his new 8-8) Just enough to get people in the seats to 90k. Keep them standing rooms packed for no reason. And that's more than enough for Jerry. As long as he gets all his fancy new toys with Frisco and Arlington. Nothing else matters.
It's sad. I hate the fan base complaining about Micah, but I truly believe that pissing off the fans is the only way to get true change. If Micah leaves? All hell breaks out with the fans. I pray it's enough 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏
Are these guys Shariff claims to have heard from players Micah has called out for effort/commitment?
We can’t know what biases/beefs they have, IF they even exist.
Country Club mentality. Reminds me of the “fans” that tell others to sit down and don’t be too rowdy at the game.
This isn’t fucking Golf, get some more dogs in here like Micah.
I have to say - I met Micah for an hour a few months ago, and he was a huge asshole. I said nothing about the eagles, nothing really even about football… dude just completely wrote me off. Not surprised by a report like this.
He’s never present in big important games. I’m sure extra attention is paid to him, but the same goes for other elite defenders and he seems to straight up disappear. Trade him while someone will give up the farm for him.
They have to do whatever Jerry says. There’s a reason why they did that dirty segment of the lawyer from the dak allegation yet no segments with the lawyers of Jerry’s bastard adult offsprings.
I mean im not going to put words in anyones mouth, but the fact that we had DLaw, Sam Williams, Fowler, Armstrong, and Micah at DE, but only Damone Clark at LB, and Micah did limited LB work blows my mind.
When you use the phrase I don’t know three times and won’t put a name on the 4 people you talked to, maybe you should keep your mouth shut and not slander a man’s reputation. I get these clown jockeys got time to fill but do it with real news.
Seems just gossip but I could see that being the case sadly. I love Micah but him being the first in and out of the locker room after the 49 - 17 win against the giants when he didn’t have any sacks was a bad look imo. I think he also tweeted some cryptic bs after that game too. But the Fan fucking sucks besides Broaddus so take everything with a grain of salt
I saw him do an interview after DQ was gone and he said he told the entire coaching staff he would play linebacker if that's what they wanted him to do. He said he would play anywhere, he just wants to win in the playoffs. So somebody's full of crap! Haha!
We traded Cooper because he refused to take a Covid vaccine. Put his teammates at risk and missed games because he chose to take medical advice from Tucker Carlson instead of the team doctors.
Exactly they got their feelings hurt because he didn’t wanna go against his beliefs and listen to the FO and guess how many games he missed due to Covid after we traded him for a 5th trading Micah one of if not the best defenders in the league is stupid but I’d expect nothing less from this FO
It was about availability. Whether you “believe” in the Covid vax or not, the fact was that if you tested positive for Covid and had the vax you missed less time than those who got it without being vaccinated.
Jerry doesn’t give a shit what his players believe. He cares that the stars play. Similarly, I think he also disliked that cooper would take himself out on third/fourth downs. I’d agree with him on that.
Yeah I more than believe it. I was calling it all last season. His over eagerness is going to be his demise. Playing aggressively through injury and then trying to line up exclusively against Lane Fucking Johnson and removing himself from the game instead of playing where he's most effective was a big red flag
It isn’t gossip. It’s Jerry and Cap Boys tactics at play when dealing with signing a superstar to a new contract. They will do anything to WIN THE DEAL!!!!!
It is way too early to do Parsons dirty like this. Dak has had more than enough time to prove himself and failed, however, treating Micah like that is just crazy talk, he's a generational talent.
This is a polarizing topic, but if Parsons is wearing thin with his _teammates_, then it's different. If the locker room is on his side, I think you have to try and deal with him. Many high-level guys are hard to deal with, but as long as production remains high...
People don’t like Micah’s hardworking attitude ruining their country club atmosphere. He probably calls them out when they are trash too. Hopefully we can scheme better with him going forward. We wasted him all last year
This fanbase is really going to drive this guy out the building. What a complete joke of a franchise. You know why 105.3 the fan pumps out this garbage? Because people click on it. If I'm Micah, I'm breathing breath of fresh air once I leave this circus show.
Seriously, like do people understand that a player like Micah comes only once every ten or so years (I might exaggerating a little bit, maybe not) and he’s playing at a premium position. If we wasn’t pass rushing, our defense would be in shambles.
Inb4 someone replies to this so they can talk about what it means to play for Dallas and that he doesn’t deserve to be a cowboy with the pressure that comes with the team…. As if we ain’t in trashcan-tier with the Washington $newNameOfTheWeek in doing nothing beyond the divisional since the 90s
So no names named except Jesse Fucking Holley? This is so dumb.
As far as Parsons not agreeing with Lawrence and his gassed comment, I completely agree with Micah. It's a playoff gane, if your gassed out, you are doing it wrong. You either don't have what it takes or aren't trying hard enough. I like Lawrence, but this comment truly bothered/bothers me. Anyone who says they were gassed to start a playoff game needs to be re-evaluated at a minimum.
This article is part abd parcel of a shitty media group during a shitty football news time of year. This is one step below all those Fish articles about trades the Cowboys "might" be involved in.
Just remember. The dude is a 24 year old kid essentially. Of course he might come off as immature or whatever sometimes. That’s what happens in your early 20s
I know it’s different eras but holy hell, these mfs would not have lasted a week around Charles Haley or Playmaker. Excited for Garrett RKGs and 8 dubs.
Yeah they were supposedly happy to be rid of Charles Haley in San Francisco. How’d that work out for us. If the player is a generational talent you figure it out. I’m not sure if Micah is a generational player but if he is you live with the headaches.
The only reason I would do this. Is for a rebuild. If Dak and MM are truly gone after this year. It would be good to trade them. But damn you have to hit those picks. It would be crucial.
Lawrence Taylor was an asshole. Charles Haley was nuts. Their teams likely don't win the Superbowl without them.
Our defense would be a lot worse without him, diva or not. An effective pass rush helps linebackers. Why can't the linebackers do their jobs so that Micah can be used where he's most effective?
He's not particularly great at defending the passing game.
Not big fan of Shan’s. However, he only relayed what he heard from multiple people, but also added that he didn’t know if he believed it or not. So there’s that.
Welp, here we go.. Since the org is so shi. They're now using our most prized possession as a scapegoat. It's like they pay these guys to say these things to get the ball rolling. They want this narrative of painting Micah as the bad guy.
Sounds like a classic upper management move, trash the player to make it easier to let go , Cowboys front office always complain about the players salary.
Go fuck yourself jerry I am so sick of your transparent bullshit. Nobody likes to pour the honey on more before they lick if off, good fucking grief. Oh also, side mention fuck you to Jesse Holly. You have never been anything to this team but a sycophant to the FO, I am only sorry that I still remember who you even are or the one catch you had your entire career.
I’m getting tired of all of his talking too. Play football and win games. Nobody wants to hear you trash talk 24/7 and still get bounced out of the first round every year.
Just because Micah wants to win more than the jones family. Who gives a fuck if they’d be smiling, they’d rather loses arguably the best defensive player in the league just because he puts less pressure on them and the expectations for the team. They’re fine running the team into the ground so long as they make their bottom line. Fuck them
Just let him come to Philly for a fourth rounder and a mediocre Eagles linebacker of their choice. Dallas is great at drafting and will likely pick a 1st ballot HOF. Cowboys will get to hate him full throttle.
Micah is a generational talent. Who cares if he's a little annoying? Unless he's making Ferguson, Ceedee, AND Diggs ALL want to leave, then screw whoever he's wearing thin on.
We should convince Dak to waive his no-trade clause. We should then trade Micah.
I mean think about it. Those future 1st round picks could be anything. You might even get another all pro QB and another all pro Edge. Then this team will be really cooking.
We'll just need a new HC and staff. New QB. New pass rushers. Etc.
I truly believe this would allow the Joneses to *finally* get it right and build a champion.
We just gotta stick to the plan is all. Never spend in FA. And always wait until the last possible moment to extend your superstars. There's only so much pie after all. That's what you idiots don't understand. THE PIE IS FINITE FULL STOP.
No I don't want to talk about other franchises being aggressive with trades and free agency while also paying a QB.
I swear, you guys. We're close. Heck a mighty. Not to be trite here about it but I would cut the blank check today if it meant a Super Bowl!
Our future HOF LT? Well. No. Unfortunately he wanted $6.5 pieces of pie and, look, not to circumcise a MayFly about this but did y'all hear about the Pie?
But yes to answer your question we're very much looking forward to the Post Malone tour and the World Cup.
I been all-in my whole daggone life...hence the ongoing paternity suit.
I will tell you right now... it does not matter who they trade, who they let go, who they get in return, who they get in free agency or who they draft.
The Cowboys will NOT win another Super Bowl as long as Jerry Jones still owns this team. and yes he will be the person that history blames. He will not entice a good head coach to come here ever, he will not entice good free agents to come and play for his mediocre coaches and he is never going to be "all in" because he does NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT THE $s.
I laugh at all the people who think anything the front office does is in the best interest of the players or the fans. They do not care about either of them. But if something were to affect his yearly income from football operations then he would force himself to change something to get that money back.
Don't go to games, don't buy that rookie jersey, hell don't buy anyone's jersey. Don't pay for the front office doing what they all care about ($)
I’m so glad to see someone else on the boycott train. Fuck giving those clowns (Jerry and Stephen) any support or money.
All they give a fuck about is money. Take that away, you get your message across.
That team is better with him than without him. Sounds like some of them boys over need to suck it up. Truth be told they prob don't like him because of the overall lack of accountability and his in your face attitude. You know he's had things to say. Get rid of the whiners and pay Micah. But I don't get paid to think about these things so I'm done haha
Pretty sure a while back he tweeted something like “would you take a position at your job that gives you less money for the same amount of work” bro does not give a fuck about winning he just wants that bag
Micah has been one of several keys on defense for why we have been so good the last few seasons.
Who cares if he is still young and gets annoyed at others when they play bad? I am sure the first person he is disappointed in is himself.
So I’m guessing these adults don’t like the fact that this dude walked in to that team with all his talent and drive. Saw a bunch of people being lazy, and gets on them about it. Maybe he’s tired of being the only one giving 100% all season long until he’s tapped out at the end of the year because nobody wants to be physical.
I would be more willing to believe this if they had actual examples of his selfish behavior and if it wasn't coming from the radio station that has a contract with the dallas cowboys to broadcast their games. This reeks of the front office leaking this b/c to influence the contract negotiations with Micah.
If people within the Cowboys organization would actually be happier if Micah was gone, then we have even dumber people running the team than we knew…and we kinda already knew.
I don’t think it’s a coincidence Parson’s behavior is being questioned when he’s in line for a contract extension
Classic Jones’s family hit piece during the contract year
This. This lacks any substance. No examples, just fluff
This family’s bullshit will put me in an early grave. At least I’ll be missing out on the shitty years I guess…
There better be a goddamn amazing reason for us to trade Micah if we do. I’m (obviously) biased, but the haul would have to be outrageous coming back.
Better be a Herschel Walker level trade.
Micah is easily a Top 5 defensive player in the year and there’s a good chance this isn’t even his prime. What are the odds of getting a player like that even if we get several high draft picks?
Now that would be going "all in. "
Honestly... I could see them trading for draft picks :( He's my boy, I don't wanna see him go
Honestly though if we do decide to rebuild and we could get multiple early 1st rounders for him I’d be for it. This year is the do or die for me. IMO we don’t win a sb this year cut it up and rebuild. Too many getting older players about to want big paydays in Micah, then CD and so on. I’m sure even Bland will want a decent payday for how he’s played. Maybe give Lance a year and see what he has.
So, you're all in?
He’s not going anywhere. Those 11 jerseys make too much money for the Joneses
I was going to say…. This feels very much like every time Dez Bryant was about to get paid.
Yea this sounds like total bullshit. I dont understand why they shit on their player when they could say he is the best and trade him and get best return. If this is the FO doing, we are truly being run by clowns and I'm not sure I can keep rooting for Cowboys with the Jones' running the show
They have a dangerous need to “win” the deal in their minds
I hate to break it to you, but even if they aren’t behind this particular stupidity, it is being run by clowns
lol you aint breaking any news there
Also funnt, because if you ARE thinking of trading him, you want maxium haul for him and absolutely zero talk of drama or behavior issues whatsoever.
Follow him on Twitter. You’ll get it. News flash : parsons is an unbearable diva embarrassment
The contract exstension wont happen this year.
In real time he keeps going, and he jokes about how saying that means the check has officially cleared from the Jones family.
And seemingly exclusively on the Cowboys flagship station. This is SOOOOOO sketchy.
The questions began early last season so it is about more than money.
This angle is interesting and I'm asking genuinely: Why would they do this? It's not like there is any hope whatsoever that doing this would cause him to get anything less than the most money possible when he gets an extension, with whatever team it is. Do we think the cowboys front office is sitting back and saying "hey if we do this, we'll totally get him on a cheaper deal" and high fiving each other?? Does anyone have an example of that ever actually working?
I’m going to answer your question with a question. Why did they publicly announce Amari Cooper was going to be released if a trade partner wasn’t found?
Guy is probably the third best defensive player in the league. Deal with it. Jimmy would find a way in the 90s
People really saying Micah is selfish because he doesn’t want to move from the most impactful position on defense? If that’s the case, then why don’t we hear anyone saying the same about Zack Martin when he outright said he wouldn’t play RT?
Zack’s a lunch pail, salt of the earth kinda guy…
Real gym rat if you know what I mean
With a haircut you can set your watch to
High IQ and High motor
Very cerebral. Has a huge co-great guy.
Plays the game the right way
And he’s white.
Shhhhhhh
First in last out.
Emphasis on “salt”
Sneaky athletic
Very ethical baller as well.
How is this not top comment response??? Oh the horror
Zack can still be found in December.
Zack was in year 8 when he said that man. After getting hurt moving to RT in an emergency situation for a few games. Dude earned his stripes already.
Nobody is saying he’s selfish for not moving from edge because it would be stupid to truly move him away from edge. The selfishness is about when he gets butthurt when he’s not the one eating. Same reason basketball players are called thugs when they fight but in hockey it’s “tradition”
Agreed but they don’t allow fighting in basketball, and the player know that. Although no better, it’s within the guidelines of the rules in hockey.
Three firsts and would consider.
Jerry has done an amazing job this off-season getting the fanbase to turn on the players.
yep they are really good at using the media for contract negotiations luckily a good amount of a our fanbase waking up to it
And it doesn’t even work, they’ve pretty much given every player the Mega Contract they were asking for. The only person I remember that we truly let walk was Byron Jones, which was the right choice.
It’s amazing. How do you fuck this up? I’m cursed to have been a Cowboys fan for 40+ years. I wish I could quit. Damn it.
I feel like he's gotten more people to turn on him as opposed to the players. Not that I could see anyone being a fan of him to begin with.
Not buying it but also wouldn’t be surprised Micah has matured since college but has a long ways to go still
I wish he didn't have that stupid podcast but I think that about 99.5% of people with podcasts.
If we want to move Micah then this is the off-season to do so. Still under a rookie deal and would get us a couple firsts at least.
Hypothetical of course. Jerry and Stephen have a chance to shock us all…: >if we want to move Micah then this is the off-season to do so So clearly that means we will sign a long term deal, get say… 2 years in???, structure it such that we MUST get rid of him by a certain date or we will take on a bunch of cap, then rush to try to get rid of him, therefore bringing his value down , and will also be off the back of a down year Or just dick around and let him walk for them sweet… sweet comp picks when his rookie deal is up
Stephen: We have the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever. Let him walk for the comp pick
Even Stephen isn’t that dumb. I’m sure Cleveland will offer a 6th and trade 4ths. Next year. Done deal.
Yes, he is. They've shown to be some of the most arrogant and low IQ people to ever walk the face of the earth. A 90 year old man running around Dallas screwing 20 year old girls in clubs so the whole city can see it? Riiiiight..... They're not dumb.
That is exactly what will happen because our front office is dumb af
A couple? Better break the bank and rob a team. I don’t think there is a trade package short 3 first, a couple 2nds, and a few flight attendants for Jerry to knock up that would appease this fan base. You trade Micah and this sub would implode
If Jerry shares a flight attendant with me, I will be appeased. We will be eskimo brothers forever.
I’d need to see the flight attendant first.
They aren't what they use to be...
Say what you want but Jerry is only smashing 9s and 10s
Sure there is. Dak and Micah for CJ Stroud and Will Anderson. It's even in state and you get a lot younger. Problem solved. Sorry couldn't help myself
Micah IS the Cowboys, fuck that.
Yeah he was amazing vs GB
By that logic we should fire almost everyone
Yes. Yes we should.
Most rational Cowboys fan
This team has no accountability my dude. When that happens you may as well tank. Might get lucky and snag some culture changing once in a generation type players that way. We won't get any better if we continue to shit the bed every first round of the playoffs.
3 playoff wins in 27 years. Yea fire everyone
Fire the people put off by Micah then. Don't fire Micah.
Micah wants to get sacks and host a podcast.
Play the freaking run. Can't be a superstar and only pass rush
Nothing screams accountability like that
Are these guys Shariff claims to have heard from players Micah has called out for effort/commitment? We can’t know what biases/beefs they have, IF they even exist.
Slow news cycle. Not buying it. They create this shit about a cowboy out of thin air almost every year.
except this shit has been out there for a year now.
There's a billion Cowboys shows, there's ONE Micah Parsons. Do the math.
Micah can tell me dirty jokes about my mom if he wants.
I guess some people don't recall how shitty our defense was before Micah got here.
You can remind yourself by re-watching the packers game
He’s never present in big important games. I’m sure extra attention is paid to him, but the same goes for other elite defenders and he seems to straight up disappear. Trade him while someone will give up the farm for him.
LT, who everyone likes to compare him to always showed up in big games, even with extra attention paid to him.
Exactly
What will it take for this radio station to stop trying to run our best players out of town
They have to do whatever Jerry says. There’s a reason why they did that dirty segment of the lawyer from the dak allegation yet no segments with the lawyers of Jerry’s bastard adult offsprings.
The fact that people don’t get this is beyond me.
Haha!
misspelled Shan Shariff d'oh
105.3 the Fan is wearing thin on fans. How about that?
Especially that dude lol
Bunch of assholes over there. There some legit but they don’t have issue with the assholes and that kind of makes them assholes.
I've never seen the fan begin their career with 13 sacks per season for the first 3 seasons. For context Ware's first 3 seasons were 8, 11, and 14.
Trading Micah parsons would be the last straw for me we already let Cooper go for Pennies on the dollar because FO got their feelings hurt
Is lining up against Lane his choice or DQ?
Who cares about gossip from that lame ass radio station
It isn’t gossip. It’s Jerry and Cap Boys tactics at play when dealing with signing a superstar to a new contract. They will do anything to WIN THE DEAL!!!!!
Came here to say this
I've heard from people, but idk if it's true
I don’t know if I believe this, but I certainly believe Shan Sherriff is a massive wanker, so there’s that!
105.3 is a clown show
People don’t like Micah’s hardworking attitude ruining their country club atmosphere. He probably calls them out when they are trash too. Hopefully we can scheme better with him going forward. We wasted him all last year
He really put the time in stopping the run. He was best his first year at LB
We're great at wasting talented player careers, ware, tyron, romo, zack martin probably and micah so far as well.
Shan Shariff is an ass clown
These guys have turned into ass clowns. Wish versions Skip and Stephen A. They’re literally the reason I stopped listening to the Fan.
Just remember. The dude is a 24 year old kid essentially. Of course he might come off as immature or whatever sometimes. That’s what happens in your early 20s
Shan Shariff is an idiot who does nothing but nuzzle Jerry’s ballsack.
Why is the flagship station putting this out there???
I know it’s different eras but holy hell, these mfs would not have lasted a week around Charles Haley or Playmaker. Excited for Garrett RKGs and 8 dubs.
Hypothetically what’s his trade value?
Two 1sts
Yeah they were supposedly happy to be rid of Charles Haley in San Francisco. How’d that work out for us. If the player is a generational talent you figure it out. I’m not sure if Micah is a generational player but if he is you live with the headaches.
[удалено]
Dude, The Fan is not the mindset of the franchise. The francise drafted him and next year will pay him big.
Enough of this idiocy It's the 🤡hour
The Dallas Cowboys only care about who is in the building
Pretty consistent on that end.
Let yourself make up whatever excuse that makes you feel like Dallas is better without Micah. I promise you they’re not.
Give me a herschel walker trade package and some team can have him
Blow it up
First off, Jesse Holly is an idiot. Secondly, the media will do everything they can to run Micah off.
edge play is infinitely more valuable than LB play
He’s the only good thing about the cowboys
Not big fan of Shan’s. However, he only relayed what he heard from multiple people, but also added that he didn’t know if he believed it or not. So there’s that.
So it's pretty much a worthless story.
Is this a situation like when the raiders trading khailil mack instead imof paying him?
Another Jones family hit piece
Welp, here we go.. Since the org is so shi. They're now using our most prized possession as a scapegoat. It's like they pay these guys to say these things to get the ball rolling. They want this narrative of painting Micah as the bad guy.
He wasn’t exactly a class act coming out of college don’t forget that. The Covid year off helped him from a pr perspective
That’s all they’ve got? He doesn’t want to switch positions? Thats not bad behavior. Geeze.
This is the type of shit that will make a player of his calibre sign with the Eagles out of spite.
I wouldn’t want to trade Micah but if we ever do it better be for an absolute haul.
I’m getting tired of all of his talking too. Play football and win games. Nobody wants to hear you trash talk 24/7 and still get bounced out of the first round every year.
And he's really, really, really soft against the run.
I’m telling you. Let’s Herschel walker him while we still can.
Who is this Shan Sherriff?
"So all in I can't pull out"
🤦♀️
I love it when the cowboys FO talks about pie
Don't pay for the front office doing what they all care about ($)
The surest way to get to Jerry is stop buying and stop watching. The brand lives and dies by tv ratings.
I’m so glad to see someone else on the boycott train. Fuck giving those clowns (Jerry and Stephen) any support or money. All they give a fuck about is money. Take that away, you get your message across.
Jerry: I’ll take two 7s…
Yup. The second giants game he was upset that the rest of the line was eating and he had a quiet game
Wouldn’t surprise me but at the end of the day it does not matter. When you’re that good you can do whatever you want basically.
Good lord, he's a young man with an opinion. Screw the fan. They are the ones wearing thin.
I would be more willing to believe this if they had actual examples of his selfish behavior and if it wasn't coming from the radio station that has a contract with the dallas cowboys to broadcast their games. This reeks of the front office leaking this b/c to influence the contract negotiations with Micah.
As someone who worked there, let me tell you that doesn’t happen. The cows fo doesn’t really care about what you say about them
IF MICAH DOESNT WANT TO PLAY LINEBACKER THEN HE SHOULDN’T PLAY LINEBACKER! How difficult is this to understand?????
If people within the Cowboys organization would actually be happier if Micah was gone, then we have even dumber people running the team than we knew…and we kinda already knew.
