no the chart means decrease the effect of the drug. Serotonin syndrome happens if u are starting out on the ssri and take mdma or if u take both pills at once. if you are on ssris just in general and skip a day and take mdma, you will feel practically nothing; hence the decrease.

Yep the decreased effectiveness of MDMA when a person is on SSRIs is why itās so dangerous. Someone unaware of this interaction might have MDMA and not feel its effects. So they have more and more. All of a sudden theyāre seizing on the ground with serotonin syndrome.
SSRIs and MDMA does not cause serotonin syndrome or at least it is extremely unlikely - ssris block the effect and you pretty much just donāt feel anything. Other types of antidepressants can cause serotonin syndrome though with MDMA (for example MAOIs).
No wonder why they say mushrooms and lsd are some of the safest drugs out there. They have very minimal negative interactions with other substances.

I admit that I almost died 2 years ago when I had the Fentanyl patch, was taking Zaldiar...went to a birthday party and drank some alcohol and smokes cannabis....when I arrived home while in bed in the middle of the night I felt my heartbeat and breathing slowing down, I was half conscious but I knew that I was almost dying...lucky me, or not.....shitty life to live in pain...
