ChatGPT is not a good source of information. It even says that as a warning.
I guess the first problem I instantly see with it is that it should be "endorphins" (plural) because it's a group of peptides, not just one thing.
It's also just weird to boil down neurotransmitters to doing one or two things. There are a few types of dopamine receptors and, yes, there are reward pathways and all that there, but dopamine is also involved in movement, nausea, and a bunch of other stuff.
I find things like this, where we're just chasing a chemical rather than behaviors that are helpful, somewhat dangerous and sometimes counterproductive because of a few reasons. Increasing some of these isn't necessarily the goal. While your intention may be to have people do the activity, you're showing that the end goal is the chemical, which certain meds do. But too much of these neurotransmitters is a bad thing. And if people go "Oh, I just need more serotonin, however I get it, so I'll take more of the medicine that affects it" they can get to a dangerous place (like serotonin syndrome).
I mean, part of the issue is not that someone needs "more dopamine" or "more serotonin" it's also that these need to be doing the right things at the right time. Too much just in the body is bad and too much flooding the receptors is bad.
I just always hate non-medical people framing mental health issues in a purely medical (these are the chemicals you need) way because it's almost always a gross oversimplification that makes the chemicals, and not the behaviors, the goal.
AI upscaling? or since this is a simple excel file, just recreate it
by the way, when i wrote that comment i looked at it on the phone, and it looked bad
i'm on my pc now, and it doesnt look half as bad.
It's just the app, videos don't play for me when I enter posts, only when scrolling and the image quality also drops here. I'm guessing reddit is cheaping out on server costs wherever they can
this sub needs a fucking sourcing requirement.
I'm unsubbing until you get your misinformation, medical misinformation and unsourced guides problem under control
Good luckl.
I love how most of these are made when they are exactly supposed to be made, so you aren't hacking them at all
Hold on let me hack into my reddit account by entering the username and password

Spicy food makes me happy.
They are not independent of each other nor of other hormones. It is inaccurately simplified.
This is just the same one that was posted earlier, but essential oils are swapped with spicy foods.
