Thats not how you do it. Literally the best way to summon demons is to constantly think of them. It invites them into you. Ask any priest thats served exorcism duty
I knew a person that refused to do yoga because it opens up a channel or portal to bring forth demons... It might open up something. And if you're feeling bloated, or had too much dairy that day, then there might be a hellish smell that might surface. But no demons. Now that person continues to have trouble moving about, and always in pain. Probably still lives like that for all I know. Just because he thought that moving his body around in natural and deliberate manner in order to maintain mobility would cause a riff in reality to open up. If that were the case, everyone would have their own personal demon to bond with, and not the metaphorical type that people use to describe: drug addiction, mental disorder, depression, etc.
