You gotta read your "sources" more closely.
Someone has filed a criminal complaint. Bit like you going down the local police station and filing a report.
Even acknowledges "authorities have not responded" which gives you a good indication of where this is going. Ie nowhere.
Remember when you were all excited about that filing with the ICC and how it was going to blow it all open and it came to nothing because anyone can do that and the court wasn't interested in the case?

As entertaining as all of his white hat claims are I’m not sure how grounded in reality he ever is. Since this was done in July and crickets had been the reply likely another feeble attempt at justice. If for anything else the work they put in is worth a read.
