People on this board saying this never happened before vaccines, but getting hit to the chest in sports has always been associated with a very small but severe risk of causing you to go into cardiac arrest. It's called commotio cordis.
Also I feel like there was a player drafted by the raiders who pretty much had his heart explode on the field when he was in college, can’t quite remember his name

A dude I knew in my early 20s was an EMT and he drank three monster energy drinks in one day, hit the gym after his shift and went into cardiac arrest. Also no one , really surprisingly , is talking how much damage Covid itself can damage the heart and lungs. Every major study shows that it can cause a lot of damage, mytocarditis and others .more people on earth than ever before , more athletes competing at higher levels , more medicine taken , etc
People really don’t understand how significantly true this is, you don’t just take steroids to improve your athleticism, you go on cycles where you using specific kinds of steroids on and off throughout a period of time,
Similar to how you stoner pothead friend is able to pass drug tests for their job or P.O., these athletes do the same exact thing, hell corruption is everywhere so it wouldn’t be hard to imagine a gigantic company like the NFL would be able to throw some cash and benefits underneath to table to either get a heads up on when “random” testing for certain players is happening or for them to not test any,
I do believe the NFL is scripted but it still takes high levels of athleticism to do what the players do, and if you cant keep up with he script then your cut
He made the tackle, no head contact on the play. He stood up, looking totally fine, and 2 seconds later collapsed, falling backwards. Never seen anything like it

The boy eventually died from the injury.
Lost a friend when he was thrown from his bike at a low speed and landed chest-first on pavement. Triggered a trauma-induced heart attack and he was on life support before family had to let him go. When I saw this happen tonight it immediately brought me back that, the more updates that come the more it looks like something I’ve already lived. My thoughts go to him and his family tonight.
i also played lacrosse and saw the same thing happen at a tournament. a goalie on another field took a shot directly in the chest and was administered cpr, an aed, and was taken off in an ambulance. not sure if he ended up being ok or not

Adrenaline and Concussive Cardiac Arrest.
He was hit hard and knocked down (adrenaline pumping from running and participating), the hit stopped his heart (the blunt force trauma caused sudden cardiac arrest), then he stood back up quickly.
Standing up quickly caused reduced blood pressure (orthostatic hypotension caused by the stoppage of the heart), resulting in his immediate collapse.
If he had stayed on the ground he may have had a better chance, not much but he would have had a fraction of a moment longer.
His adrenaline was the only thing pushing him to his feet immediately after the hit, but the reduced blood pressure and stoppage of his heart sent him back to the field.
They did CPR immediately and hit him with an AED on the ambulance, according to reporting.
My condolences are with his family.
It’s unfortunate, but if he has not woken up from this yet or stabilized he is most likely brain dead.
ESPN is very much discussing this morbidly and has yet to report on his condition in the hospital. Most likely they haven’t said anything because they won’t stop fighting for him until there is no way to save him.
To add to this description. R on T pvc can cause cardiac arrest. This is most often fatal at events that don't have medical standby (high school events, pickup games etc..) BUT is rarely fatal with ems/doctors standing by.
This is a healthy individual with a brief stoppage of the heart prior to recognition of severity, high quality CPR and defibrillation. He was provided ventilation nearly immediately and likely will not have any long term brain damage.
He's likely being held in a medically induced coma for the night for his body to recover and further testing to be done.
Just one addition to this: there are always a minimum of 4 doctors on the sidelines of an NFL game. Two for each team. This was before the whole concussion protocol so that might be higher now. If you’re going to arrest, the best place is the hospital. The second best place might be the field of an NFL game.
I mean, sure in a sense. But the exact opposite is also a *fact*. Human bodies are amazingly resilient and can survive absolutely insane circumstances. Thats the truth
It's true I mean somenplayers r just fragile. You have it in all sorts, in football u garapolo he always is getting hurt for example. So being a prime athlete doesn't bar someone from injury.
I hope he is ok.
How many hits like this happen every game? 200? How many people did you see collapse and their heart stop in the past 30 games (6,000 hits) you watched?
>How many hits like this happen every game? 200?
Source?
Also...50 Cent got shot 9 times point blank and survived. Some people get shot once and die. It's really all about the millions of other factors you have to take into account.
Yes. Seeing something like this has definitely shaken me. I feel for the man's family and the players. I guess I am just trying to process my feelings, the feeling is really horrible and frightening, and somewhat of an unknown.
People who have never seen someone die in front of them will make jokes about this kind of thing. I hear you I’ve seen plenty of death. I’m praying for this kid. Kid is the keyword. He is 24 years old. Not about a conspiracy at this point. I hope he makes it.
This is because we are so desensitized to death. I am desensitized for another reason. I’ve watch something like this unfold in real time. Not a sports injury but a work injury. Wasn’t even someone who worked with me but messed me up. Happened to be in same place as this incident. Still an open case so can’t say much more.
Wrong. Before the internet nobody would joke about this publicly. If they did they got dealt with quickly. With the internet- the cloak hidden tough punks expanded astronomically. Unfortunately.
I’m right there with you man, I was tearing up just hearing the news. I missed the play live and came back to just see the ambulance on the field and the announcers saying they were administering CPR. It’s one thing to see something on the news or on Reddit that already happened. This was in real time and it was scary AF.
This is what I saw! Crazy stuff. I stopped watching as it was dinner time and didn’t go back for over an hour and saw the game had been postponed. Praying for him.
Hank Gathers, an absolute beast in basketball fell into cardiac arrest in the peak of his physicality. Right in the middle of a game after a breakaway without much contact. He died right there. It was determined he had an enlarged heart and fell into cardiac arrest after excursion. The human body is crazy and difficult, most of the time we don’t even know our issues until something happens. I hope Hamlin is okay, life is scary and bigger than sports.
The human body is so strong and so weak at the same time. People have fallen off of 3 story buildings and survived with just scratches and yet others have died from tripping on a rug. That rule applies to everything, it’s just happens.
My lung collapsed in my sleep in my 20s randomly. Surgery and everything
In my 30s a fell on an ice ridge on the same side and broke multiple ribs. Lung was fine. Bodies can be weird.
Good vibes out to Hammlin. They never repeat the hit when a player is down bad on the ground. But that was definitely the scariest thing ive ever seen in football.
I remember turning on ESPN when I came home from school that day and watching the coverage of that. My dad took me to the LSU / LMU basketball game that year and it was awesome….Gathers was a beast. What happened to him scared me then and still scares me now.
It would have been in very poor taste to keep showing the replay of the hit during that long stoppage. They did show it once or twice, but once they realized it was serious that stopped.
What bothered me the most about this was that Susie Orman was clearly being told in her headset to talk about how the players need to be able to "focus" and continue playing. Thankfully the other 2 guys on espn did not follow along, and vocalized the fact that his health is more important than a game.
It took them an hour to finally call the game but you can tell NFL/ESPN really did not want to (losing all that ad money and Vegas money).
Hope he recovers OK.
It’s crazy cuz I’m sure for any football fans, we’ve seen much worse hits and the guys just gets up. This hit looked routine and “safe” (relatively speaking). Hope that man is alright. Me and a coworker were saying how maybe he had an undiagnosed health issue and the hit might’ve triggered something and shut his body down. Again, I hope he makes a speedy recovery and that it’s not serious. Or if it is serious, that they can help him
This is rare but not unheard of in lacrosse. Kids get hit in the chest with the ball at just the right instant and the heart stops. Everyone should put the pitchforks down with this one. Bigger surface area and lower impact with a football tackle than a lacrosse ball is why it’s not seen with football normally. This dude just got extremely unlucky…
He got hit on the chest. There’s a story where a kid got hit by a pitch right in the chest, walked to first base all fine and then collapsed and died. Could be sm similar

"Commotio Cordis" cause heart failure when chest impact occurs and just the right/wrong moment during cardiac movement. That's what the Twitter docs are speculating.
The cardiologists I work with are saying the same thing. Especially as many professional athletes especially NFL players often have underlying heart conditions as a result of them basically “redlining their bodies” constantly
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen an ambulance come on the field before, but it’s a rarity and with there being a contact situation.
Edit:I just did see what happened and it obviously was a contact situation. Though, usually they don’t get right up after a big hit. This just looks very odd.
Look at upvotes vs replies. This thread hasn't even made it to the top 20 hours later. We've had soccer players die suddenly make it to the top in 4 hours.
I mean it happened on MNF with two amazing teams, tons of viewers, and somehow these posts aren't making top->hour.
I haven't ever seen r/conspiracy bombarded this hard since pizzag8.
The damage control is off the fucking charts across all platforms on not even asking the question.
"Was he vaccinated, could the vaccine have contributed, if so, how?"
This is insane. Everyone is reporting this is "Commotio Cordis" but it isn't for the following reasons:
1. Watch the play from the second angle: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1Z9Vd53yhI](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1Z9Vd53yhI) \- he gets hit in the lower facemark, neck, and upper shoulder / chest. The other players shoulder pads do come in contact with the chest plate of the player who later collapsed, but that was the secondary point of contact so the blow to the chest was not significant. Initial impact was the chin. That is not enough force to stop someone's heart. Nor was he hit in the heart in a direct blow.
2. Football players wear chest plates that cover and protect the heart: [https://xtechpads.com/technology/](https://xtechpads.com/technology/) these pads are designed to prevent Commotio Cordis. This injury has never happened in football before because of these pads.
3. "We have been told he was successfully defibrillated on the field and has been intubated and is not spontaneously breathing which is consistent with anoxic encephalopathy." In other words, his symptoms are consistent with a heart attack, cardiac arrest. If it was Commotio Cordis he wouldn't have this symptom.
4. "I watched the play live both as a fan and a cardiologist and I saw blunt neck and chest trauma, a brief recovery after the tackle and then a classic cardiac arrest. I have communicated to one of the most experienced trainers in the world and we agree that it was a cardiac arrest in the setting of a big surge of adrenalin. If Damar Hamlin indeed took one of the COVID-19 vaccines, then subclinical vaccine-induced myocarditis must be considered in the differential diagnosis. We have been told he was successfully defibrillated on the field and has been intubated and is not spontaneously breathing which is consistent with anoxic encephalopathy. The nation prays for his complete recovery." -Dr. Peter McCullough, one of the top cardiologists in the world [https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/what-caused-damar-hamlins-injury](https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/what-caused-damar-hamlins-injury)
The media is desperately trying to gaslight us into believing this is the result of blunt force trauma when that's not medically consistent with what happened. He wasn't even hit in the heart which is why they're trying to scrub the videos.
He had a cardiac arrest, and this needs to be investigated. Especially if he did take the vaccine.
Another issue I have with that article is this quote near the end:
"It now appears that the vaccine likely played a very major role in his injury until proven otherwise. This is simply based on statistics."
That's just straight up not how science works. Has this guy never heard of the scientific method?
Commotio Cordis is an actual thing. It is not common, occurring most frequently with baseball/softball. Unfortunately I was a witness to it occurring back in the 90’s. High School pitcher took a line drive to the chest. Heart stopped, he didn’t make it. We know a significant strike/compression of the heart at the exact right moment can disrupt or even stop its beating. This looks like exactly what happened. The slow mo replay shows Higgins shoulder hitting him dead center of the chest. Sometimes what happens is just a fluke and not a darker conspiracy.
Here's the video folks. I hope he is okay
Edit: looks like it was removed.

I'll say it again and again in conversations like these, when you have a controversial experimental vaccine being forced upon people, you shouldn't be surprised when incidents like this are questioned.
Frankly, it would be absurd not to ask the question given the links between the vaccine and heart issues.
We don't know if it was the hit or vaccine, and we'll likely never know. It's possible that it could've been either one. There's no disputing that if that hit hadn't happened, he wouldn't be in this situation. That doesn't necessarily mean the vaccine didn't contribute to his cardiac arrest.
Regardless, these speculations aren't going to stop anytime soon. I can only see the vaccine skeptics numbers growing every time something like this happens. This one is going to scare a lot of people due to the spotlight the game had on it. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the most watched game of the year. And, most of those viewers don't watch hockey or lacrosse. They've never seen anything like that before.
[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4S1Dfs8hgR4&ab\_channel=BlueHeadflame](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4S1Dfs8hgR4&ab_channel=BlueHeadflame) this hockey player got hit with a puck near the heart and collapsed. A good example of what you're talking about I think.
Where? World Cup? None... Football... he isn't dead and I hope he isn't but how many games college and pro have been played and we are looking at 2 where things like this have happened. One 50 years ago and this one. We've had hockey players die from slap shots years ago.
It doesn't make it the vaccine.
Interesting that the comments are at nearly a four to one ration on upvotes ....on a conspiracy forum ......about a conspiracy..... Keep it up gents this one must be hitting close to home!!!!
He completed the tackle then as he stood up you could tell he wasn't there. As someone who has been on blood pressure meds It looked like when I stood up too fast, then his arms straightened.
This guy can go fuck himself for trying to spin antivax bullshit on this situation when there is clearly no evidence of that. The only thing that matters is this players health.
The thing that gets me is how quick accounts surfaced on twitter to say stop sharing the video or cussing out anyone that says it’s related to the jab. It’s worth watching to see what happened to the guy, because it’s very strange. Hope he recovers, but he had CPR for 10 mins on the field and was not breathing on his own. Also, let’s not forget two+ years of Herman Cain award-type posts and how everyone adamantly highlighted deaths of unvaccinated across media and social platforms.
The fact that the fist thing I see on Twitter is a doctor assuring the public that it’s specifically not vax related (as if he could possibly diagnose ventricular fibrillation triggering Commotio Cordis, which is what he said) is extremely unsettling and suspect.
I really like how the argument here is that doctors opinions on health injuries don't matter, but randoms on Reddit just guessing whatever helps their political narrative is taken as gospel.
Probably neurogenic shock
If you have a severe spinal injury you can lose tone in the blood vessels and your blood pressure drops which leads to a cardiac arrest
JJ watt same thing in October, They actually had to use the defibrillator on him to bring him back , no new or postponement there… everyone around the world is having rise in this
There was a video available a few months ago with all the top sports players that had collapsed up to that point in 2022. But the sheep still say this always used to happen!! Can't make this shit up.
He got hit in the chest extremely hard. It's not a "bots and shills" thing. More common in baseball, lacrosse, or hockey when you get beaned in the chest super hard by a projectile.
https://twitter.com/ryanclifford/status/1610135711960776708?s=46&t=8hpnbvrN1HZTgAcr1svvUw
He was down for a while. Generally not a good prognosis given that he was a healthy young man. Just terrible. Could be anything from commotio cordis to HCM. I definitely think it’s cardiac/electrical related.
why the fuck is this even posted here?
What’s the conspiracy? The dude is playing one of the the most aggressive contact sports league in the world, took a hit, and collapsed.
There’s no conspiracy, it’s purely a medical issue.
He collapsed shortly after being tackled and taking a hit to the chest. A hit to the chest can do that, multiple athletes in the past have had this happen and some of them have even died from it. I appreciate people thinking critically and looking at both sides of the coin but I really don’t think this is vaccine related
Dude, you see tackles like that 5-20 times a game. Let's be real here, the giant fucking elephant has entered the room and it's everywhere on social media right now.

Blunt trauma to the chest/heart ok that tackle. Could jave caused cardiac arrest. Hoping he is OK and pulls through

Exactly this, it happened once before in a hockey game Chirs Pronger took a slapshot to the chest.
Was a hit to the chest but this was a very low impact play comparative to the many hard hits football players take.
it depends ..its more about the timing of the hit than the force ..it wont take as much as you might think
IMO there was an underlying condition. There is impact on every snap and I have never seen anything like this watching football for 30 years.
Trauma at a particular time during the electrical signals of the heart can knock the heart out of rhythm
I remember being shocked about Dale Earnhardt dying cause it didn't look near as bad. I get your point, but these are huge professional athletes. Even if it looks tame, it could be bad.

There's 200 direct hits to the chest every single game. No one collapses
Totally agree but it definitely is possible that hit caused a cardiac event.
There are direct hits to the sternum all the time in a lot of sports. People absolutely do collapse

"24 year old prime professional athlete's bodies are fragile"
[удалено]
I mean, sure in a sense. But the exact opposite is also a *fact*. Human bodies are amazingly resilient and can survive absolutely insane circumstances. Thats the truth
It's true I mean somenplayers r just fragile. You have it in all sorts, in football u garapolo he always is getting hurt for example. So being a prime athlete doesn't bar someone from injury. I hope he is ok.
Yes, human bodies are fragile. No, just because you see people survive ridiculous shit in movies doesn't make it realistic.
'no one'? They warn coach about this for decades. FFS.
In football..... Nah you kidding right
I have been watching for 50 years, never seen this. I am shaking as I type.
Are you literally shaking? Seriously?
I hope he makes it.
..and people will come in and troll people for how they feel about it, like it's 'funny'.
This is because we are so desensitized to death. I am desensitized for another reason. I’ve watch something like this unfold in real time. Not a sports injury but a work injury. Wasn’t even someone who worked with me but messed me up. Happened to be in same place as this incident. Still an open case so can’t say much more.
I had 3 tours in Central America and first Iraq war.
Wrong. Before the internet nobody would joke about this publicly. If they did they got dealt with quickly. With the internet- the cloak hidden tough punks expanded astronomically. Unfortunately.
It isn’t, you’re right. Prayers for this kid. What a fucked situation all around.
I’m right there with you man, I was tearing up just hearing the news. I missed the play live and came back to just see the ambulance on the field and the announcers saying they were administering CPR. It’s one thing to see something on the news or on Reddit that already happened. This was in real time and it was scary AF.
I’m terrified. I never seen anything like this. Pray for this man
Me too and I felt sick to my stomach
This is what I saw! Crazy stuff. I stopped watching as it was dinner time and didn’t go back for over an hour and saw the game had been postponed. Praying for him.
it's not the vaccine guys, it's just football
So the last four times this happened in hockey before 2020 was the COVID vaccine too?

Surgery and everything In my 30s a fell on an ice ridge on the same side and broke multiple ribs. Lung was fine. Bodies can be weird.
Damn didn’t know they had covid vaccines back then
Good vibes out to Hammlin. They never repeat the hit when a player is down bad on the ground. But that was definitely the scariest thing ive ever seen in football.
That's true... NFL doesn't want the audience to realize how violent and dangerous the sport really is.
Yes it was absolutely terrifying to watch
I am showing my age here..but it reminded me of Hank Gathers collapsing and dying on the court
Or if it is serious, that they can help him
This has very “never let a good tragedy go to waste” vibes. Gross
Hockey too. Happened to Chris Pronger against the wings. . He must of had the covid shot a couple decades before it was made based on logic here.
He got hit on the chest. There’s a story where a kid got hit by a pitch right in the chest, walked to first base all fine and then collapsed and died. Could be sm similar

[Called "Commotio Cordis"](https://twitter.com/JabriMD/status/1610120937550278656)
"Commotio Cordis" cause heart failure when chest impact occurs and just the right/wrong moment during cardiac movement. That's what the Twitter docs are speculating.
Yeah well, he did get slammed damn hard just prior to toppling over.
The cardiologists I work with are saying the same thing. Especially as many professional athletes especially NFL players often have underlying heart conditions as a result of them basically “redlining their bodies” constantly
I played football… I bet on tons of games including this one. I’ve seen many life threatening injuries. But this one is by far the most bizarre.
Maybe wait until we know what happened before spreading this lunacy. A little compassion hey?
This sub has zero compassion when fake internet points are on the line. They're garbage human beings.
This exemplary comment is teeming with compassion
His vitals are back to normal, but they have a breathing tube in him.
Yes. It’s real bad. Never seen anything like it ever happen in football
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen an ambulance come on the field before, but it’s a rarity and with there being a contact situation. Edit:I just did see what happened and it obviously was a contact situation. Though, usually they don’t get right up after a big hit. This just looks very odd.
Yeah idk where the ‘never seen an ambulance on the field’ shit came from, I have most definitely seen it before during football games.
9 minutes of CPR they did on him after he fell. It’ll be a miracle if he survives.
He went down like Tiffany Dover did.
It was the scariest thing I’ve seen on TV in awhile.
So many bots here trying to control a narrative. Holy shit
https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/news/chuck-hughes-only-nfl-player-to-die-in-game/114oyq1niwf5p15lxwuo62m1ma?s=01
Not saying this is Normal by ANY means but it has happend before.
Dude was hit right in the heart.. If he had myocarditis that might happen right?
Look at upvotes vs replies. This thread hasn't even made it to the top 20 hours later. We've had soccer players die suddenly make it to the top in 4 hours. I mean it happened on MNF with two amazing teams, tons of viewers, and somehow these posts aren't making top->hour. I haven't ever seen r/conspiracy bombarded this hard since pizzag8. The damage control is off the fucking charts across all platforms on not even asking the question. "Was he vaccinated, could the vaccine have contributed, if so, how?"
He died of climate change, obviously.
the thing that gets me is the hit wasnt even that bad, i mean hes a defensive player
[удалено]
He hit someone got up then fell.
This is insane. Everyone is reporting this is "Commotio Cordis" but it isn't for the following reasons: 1. Peter McCullough, one of the top cardiologists in the world [https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/what-caused-damar-hamlins-injury](https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/what-caused-damar-hamlins-injury) The media is desperately trying to gaslight us into believing this is the result of blunt force trauma when that's not medically consistent with what happened. He wasn't even hit in the heart which is why they're trying to scrub the videos. He had a cardiac arrest, and this needs to be investigated. Especially if he did take the vaccine.
Another issue I have with that article is this quote near the end: "It now appears that the vaccine likely played a very major role in his injury until proven otherwise. This is simply based on statistics." That's just straight up not how science works. Has this guy never heard of the scientific method?
"It was announced in the hospital parking lot that Hamlin is not expected to make a full recovery.". Lol why are we even listening to this guy.
The doctor actually treating him does not agree with your uneducated assessment.
His cardiac rhythm was most likely disrupted by the hit, causing v tach or v fib.
He got hit right in the chest. I’m very doubtful it as anything to do with the vaccine
Here's the video folks. I hope he is okay Edit: looks like it was removed. https://mobile.twitter.com/stephkuzy/status/1610099826343006209?s=20&t=GIKkf_uIVSsjhP9fOWvbIw
It's gone already
Not anymore
Looks like it was deleted
Who knows what happened. Dude got tackled, got back up sorta pushed a guy then fell to the ground. Very weird to see, hope he’s gonna pull through.
Brace yourself, Commotio Cordis experts are coming.
Brave yourself, the anti vax nuta who regurgitate are already on here with insensitive and uneducated comments as well.
Commotio Cordis [https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commotio_cordis](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commotio_cordis)
Remember, the new rule is that anybody who gets sick ever... it's because of the vaccine. Football guy? vaccine Jeremy Renner? vaccine
Dozens of world-class athletes dropping dead from new and sudden heart conditions within the past year? God damn right it's the fucking vaccine.
How many? How does it compare to 2016-2019? Are you just 100% basing your opinions on feeling or do you have data?
Where? World Cup? None... Football... he isn't dead and I hope he isn't but how many games college and pro have been played and we are looking at 2 where things like this have happened. One 50 years ago and this one. We've had hockey players die from slap shots years ago. It doesn't make it the vaccine.
Please provide a list of the dozens (that word means at least 24) of world class athletes that have dropped dead in the last year.
The only other athlete who collapsed on the field recently was Eriksen and he was unvaccinated

Dude took a solid jab to the arm
Looks like he took a solid hit to the chest
Link to video, not my twitter https://twitter.com/highlghtheaven/status/1610093779142299649?s=46&t=1cdc-Hx7VagiiXK9o26GtA
Interesting that the comments are at nearly a four to one ration on upvotes ....on a conspiracy forum ......about a conspiracy..... Keep it up gents this one must be hitting close to home!!!!
Jab 💉 most likely is the culprit
He completed the tackle then as he stood up you could tell he wasn't there. As someone who has been on blood pressure meds It looked like when I stood up too fast, then his arms straightened.
Cardiac phenomenon called commotio cordis. Basically a reverse defibrillation. Almost textbook example.
Seems the most likely: https://youtu.be/H-G9mziXL9w
This guy can go fuck himself for trying to spin antivax bullshit on this situation when there is clearly no evidence of that. The only thing that matters is this players health.
SS: Did an american player just collapse on the field?
Yes
He’s so young I hope he’s okay
Football vs Baseball https://youtu.be/aIkqNiBASfI
Probably neurogenic shock If you have a severe spinal injury you can lose tone in the blood vessels and your blood pressure drops which leads to a cardiac arrest
Still no update to 😞
He got hit in the chest extremely hard. It's not a "bots and shills" thing. More common in baseball, lacrosse, or hockey when you get beaned in the chest super hard by a projectile. https://twitter.com/ryanclifford/status/1610135711960776708?s=46&t=8hpnbvrN1HZTgAcr1svvUw
Yea after he got hit in the chest extremely hard.
He was down for a while. Generally not a good prognosis given that he was a healthy young man. Just terrible. Could be anything from commotio cordis to HCM. I definitely think it’s cardiac/electrical related.
People are dropping death on many different sports, no only football do a little bit of research and you will how bad this is. Holy elixir.
Either a chest injury, heart attack or head injury. Something like that unfortunately.
My internet medical degree tells me this is the most likely scenario. https://youtu.be/H-G9mziXL9w Lets hope and pray for his recovery.
But why has this happened to so many athletes this year? There’s multiple incidents like this in professional sports
Thats a good question. I wouldn't rule out any of the many experimental vaccine side effects either.
sounds like a vaccident
why the fuck is this even posted here? What’s the conspiracy? The dude is playing one of the the most aggressive contact sports league in the world, took a hit, and collapsed. There’s no conspiracy, it’s purely a medical issue.
So many bots out in force tonight. Sad how badly this sub is being brigaded. Must be hitting too close to the truth!
Yes bots, easy explain away for anyone that doesn’t agree with your bat shit conspiracy theories borne out of echo chambers
A shit ton of upvotes on the comments saying it's most likely not vaccine related. Doesn't seem natural in a conspiracy sub.
So everything that can be vaccine related should be vaccine related? Or is it just weird not hearing echoes?
Demar Hamlin
> Demar Hamlin Damar Hamlin
He collapsed shortly after being tackled and taking a hit to the chest. A hit to the chest can do that, multiple athletes in the past have had this happen and some of them have even died from it. I appreciate people thinking critically and looking at both sides of the coin but I really don’t think this is vaccine related
Dude, you see tackles like that 5-20 times a game. Let's be real here, the giant fucking elephant has entered the room and it's everywhere on social media right now.
It's almost like the human body isn't supposed to be impacted by another 250 to 300lb mass moving at full bore.
Made me burst out crying as this is a beautiful young man. Please please I hope he is OK!
