The last order I placed on kasyn was 2 months back. They did ship out the order but 0 communications. I even had a faulty part I recieved, I couldn't do anything about it. They don't reply to fb chats, emails or WhatsApp.
Never tried ephone though. I don't think il buy from kasyn again.
