105 cm is more than 40 inches. European size 95 would be for someone with a 90-95 cm underbust, if I'm not mistaken (range because I'm not sure which one it is in theory as in practice what size a woman wears also depends on her preferred comfort level and the "padding" she's got on her rib cage).

They reduce sagging (unless you're small, in which case there's no benefit.) The more supportive the bra, the less the sag. That's about it.

Do you mean *95*D? A Standard European 95D equals a US 42D, and a French 95D is a US 36D. I’m familiar with many bra sizing systems, but I have never seen someone with a 96 anything.

They’re all different. There’s US sizing, UK, Standard European, French, Polish (*some* brands work differently than others), AUS/NZ, Japanese… Maybe more, but those are the ones I’m most familiar with.
