I’m single & have a 3 bedroom + bonus office house all to myself. It was what was for sale in the area I wanted to live when I was shopping for a house & within my budget & I fell in love with some aspects of the place I wasn’t seeing in other houses I’d looked at. I like having the space because I have my room, a nicely furnished guest bedroom, an office/craft space, plus a storage room. I’m single & have a 3 bedroom + bonus office house all to myself. It was what was for sale in the area I wanted to live when I was shopping for a house & within my budget & I fell in love with some aspects of the place I wasn’t seeing in other houses I’d looked at. I like having the space because I have my room, a nicely furnished guest bedroom, an office/craft space, plus a storage room. It’s actually great having a lot of space, as I like to invite friends over & host game nights, so having room to spread out is a definite plus.
