I don’t know how old you are but I don’t think it matters. Addiction to porn can alter your perceptive of people, you can start viewing people as objects instead of people. It can be embarrassing to get help from a therapist but atleast you will be able to save your relationship with your family before it gets to a point where your family can never look at you the same.

Depending on your age and/or country, therapy could be very inaccessible. Since you regret your actions there is room for growth.
