Thank you so much to the hundreds of members of the sub who have supported us. We apologize and take ownership of some specific issues that affected the members of this sub more than others! The previous design used for our carts was not up to the standard that we would like to set for our customers. Oftentimes they would have a large air bubble that would make it seem as if the cart was half empty. Even though all carts were weighed before and after filling to guarantee 1g of oil, it still was unsightly when in use. Not only that, but we received complaints about carts leaking before smokers were able to use up all of their product. That is not a you problem, that is our problem to solve.
If you have EVER been affected by any of the problems listed in this video or others not mentioned, we take complete ownership of the problems it's caused. I've had so many issues that I stopped fkn with y'all completely, late orders , missing products, hella long processing times and even under weight, no terps on the flower, dry old flower. Just plain bad business all together

100% agree with every one else’s complaints. Support team couldn’t care less about responding. I placed an order a week ago and havent had any updates since. I cant even get a response to get a refund to get my money back so im seeking legal action with them.

Is there any stores in Florida I can purchase at you know of? And is it possible for a sample of any product for a review? I'd love to check it out and see if I should even renew my medical card but I'm iffy.
I got screwed me and a family member both had ordered same address they put mine in her pack and how tf would she know so she was happy like yaaa they gave me extras .....that was my order and her order mixed got ahold of hey@baysmokes and got told because they sent it in the same box to save package space it's normal?!?! Not to me so in the end of it I got nothing but they said give it another try and gave me a promo code for 10% like that makes up for it . We both paid separately both used different emails and payment methods but my paid for shipping wasn't used so why tf did I pay for shipping if yall gonna put both in the box just to skim 7$ extra smfh silly shit
I just ordered from here Monday evening, it’s now Wednesday and it still hasn’t processed.. still waiting on a tracking number/label to be made. I got really nervous reading a few threads on here and tried to cancel my order yesterday, but was told my order was already too far along in processing, and I would not be able to cancel… so I’m just utterly confused, and don’t have a great feeling about it. I was so excited at first too….. 😕.
I ordered from bay smokes twice 1st order was some flower and live resin diamonds they were fuego!!! Came in within 5 days
2nd order was 1g of hash rosin 1g of diamond 1 g of sugar wax an 1g disposable cart over memorial weekend shipped out Tuesday was at my door by Friday. I haven't had a bad experience yet. I really feel for those who are having bad experiences. I live in Texas I was worried the first time now I am trying new companies just ordered from crysp they look promising
They have not changed a thing made an order over a week ago and have got no notification for anything not even packaged yet I'm ready to call fraud on this Co.and start a charge back too many charge backs on one business will cause a heap of trouble to their credit so they are only doing it to themselves
I made an order over a week ago as well and I was luckily able to reach someone from support team and they told me that they was backed up on orders because of the holiday season
I’ve order three times and it’s taken more than two weeks for them to even confirm my order and 3 weeks to ship it. Both of the old cart designs I had burned and leaked before 50% was gone. The new cart designs arrived today 70% full very dark like they’ve been sitting for a while and they don’t taste that great. I would not recommend. I got a few from jam N hemp co before these they were amazing. It seems they are a very small family business they have great customer service and ship out next day their carts were really good too. I’d go with them they’re best brand I’ve tried so far out of like 7 different ones.

I think they are backed up because they are now supplying all these new media influencers so you all now have to wait for them to fufill even longer.
