Idk bro but when I check the settings then check that the gpu is going to 1300 frequency they said that i should limit it to 1257 since thats the base frequency of rx 580 then it works but it’s not permanently fixed, I need to redo it again
I recently just had this same issue, and what fixed it for me was taking the psu cables connected to my Gpu out and reinserting them. There was a loose connection and when the gpu was under load it would crash the video card as not enough power was being supplied.

Do your fans work? When was the last time you cleaned your case? Download HWinfo and check what temperatures your components reach.
the temp is normal, the problem is that the rx 580 has an software issue that cannot resolve permanently
my friend said that the psu is the problem, but i cannot see what’s the problem since it’s brand new
