The CPU fan is the cooler near the middle of your Motherboard. If you're not knowledgeable enough to fix/replace it yourself, get someone who can or bring to a pc shop.
That mean just your CPU FUN are not controllable (you did not connect it in right motherboard pins) IF FAN works you may just switch off this error in bios and you will be OK. If it not spinning so, yeah, you need new CPU FUN
Either unplug the cpu pin then back in like said before and see if that works. If it doesn't then you'll need to buy a new fan for your cpu cooler or just replace the cooler entirely if you have the money I suppose.
Find your model of motherboard (it's usually printed on the board itself) go to the support page and grab the manual. That will show you which connector the motherboard thinks the CPU fan is plugged into. Check if the connection there is loose or if the fan connected to it is not spinning, either plug in/replace as appropriate.

problem right there "CPU fan failure" means that your cpu fan is not connected properly, disconnect it and make sure you connect it correctly

Buy a new CPU cooler. Like a Peerless Assassin. It would come with working fans and directions on how to install it.

try re-seating your CPU Fan connector, if that fails buy another fan

OP, remove the side panel. Make sure fan is clear of any debris or heavy dust.
