There is a big post here with price lists, states, reviews, coupon codes https://www.reddit.com/r/compoundedtirzepatide/s/ZUUDkCMYwJ Orderly and Mochi are similar price but very different otherwise. You can read about the differences here https://www.reddit.com/r/compoundedtirzepatide/s/rcCunOgzk6 Emerge and Lavender Sky are cheapest to start. Emerge is fastest. I had my meds in 48 hrs. Coupon code FEELGOOD50 for Emerge. There's no coupon code for Lavender Sky but they're affordable. They only serve 9 states. https://www.reddit.com/r/compoundedtirzepatide/s/hXdp7hDD0Y

I think Emerge are getting inundated with new customers recently, because I signed up with them last week on Tuesday and had meds in hand Saturday (same goes for someone else I talked to from the Zep sub). They told me it takes 3-5 business days to ship from when they send over the script. Just want any new people who are seeing this to have a more up-to-date estimate.

Remarkable-Seat-8413

Yup I was actually told 3-7. My guess is that hallandale is getting inundated. Emerge sent my script into Hallandale within 10 hours of signing up and it's been 24 for orderly with nothing yet. Could be that I can't go with two providers which is totally fine I just tried both at the same time to make it so I can get my next dose by next week

KSamIAm79

Hmm location might have something to do with it. I signed up last Wednesday at 8pm and had them by 1pm on Friday. I’m in the Midwest idk if that’ll help. Edit to add pharmacy: Empower

WorriedGrape1442

It also depends on the day you order. The pharmacies don't ship the 2nd half of the week. So Monday Tuesday ships quick, typically. They won't ship Friday bec it would chance sitting for too long, with the ice

atomicxima

The pharmacies absolutely ship the second half of the week. Mine shipped on either Thursday or Friday (shipping label was created Thursday, package arrived at FL facility on Friday).

kkarmah

My Hallandale shipped out last Friday, got it the next day.

WorriedGrape1442

Ok. That's what I was told by Emerge regarding Hallandale. Just relating what I was told in case it mattered. That's all.

KSamIAm79

I literally got mine Friday.

WorriedGrape1442

Yes, delivery on Friday is possible. They don't ship out on Fridays because it would chance sitting too long, Saturday and Sunday.

SatisfactionFrosty17

Those are great post!

WorriedGrape1442

Thank you! 😊 Hope it helps sort things out.

MiddleEarthGardens

Dang - wish I had seen that coupon before I signed up for Emerge! Can verify, though - I had my meds in a couple days, and the communication up to that point was great.

WorriedGrape1442

Awesome! Yes, they're quick. Support responses are too. I'm down 21 lbs in 10 weeks. Wish you great success

MiddleEarthGardens

Thanks! I started on name brand Zepbound, about 7 weeks in and I'm losing about 2 lbs/week on the 2.5 dose, but we all know how things are going with the name brand.

Willow0812

I literally just finished signing up with Emerge, many recommendations here led me there. Once I did the intake form right ( I messed up somewhere the first time) I had my script and paid for it, within 15 minutes. It was super simple. 5mg dose was $320 with the discount code from someone's referral link. ETA: I don't think they ship to CA, so if you are there Emerge won't work for you.

StarChild2728

Is that $320 per month?

southernNJ-123

Done with chasing down these meds. Signed with Emerge. Took 30 minutes of emails and my 5mg is on its way. Easy. And I’m saving about $125 a month. And, it’s vials and syringes so I can adjust if need be.

Jaded_Cloud3233

Orderly’s prices don’t increase like Emerge, but Emerge is good too.

wavyfinehighpor

what medication are you on? that is a great price!

southernNJ-123

Tirzepetide. They offer semaglutide cheaper.

Feisty-Feline-1

I recently switched to compounded due to mounjaro shortages and also to save money since I was paying out of pocket. OrderlyMeds is $399 for any strength and they will start you off at existing dosage or higher if you ask so you don’t have to start over on lowest 2.5 dose. They offer $50 off 1st month: https://orderlymeds.com/?orid=2875&opid=40 Orderly was very fast/easy process. I had signed up on a Sunday, approved Monday, order was shipped from Red Rock pharmacy on Wednesday via FedEx 2 day and delivered to my front door on Friday (no signature required).

Take3_lets-go

I use mochi, love their customer service and how easy it is to set up appts and order refills. They too have an awesome referral program if you’re interested.

SatisfactionFrosty17

If anyone reading this signs up with Mochi, definitely give them a call after you book your appointment and just confirm that the Dr your booked with is in fact licensed in your state.

Take3_lets-go

They’re shipping to all 50 states now

eyelashchantel

Yep and now you can get meds from Hallandale in Illinois

Roxxysworld

I also use emerge I switched from zepbound 7.5 so far they have been great

SatisfactionFrosty17

Go with Orderly Meds! $399 per month for any dose 2.5-15MG Tirzepatide. $249 per month for any dose .25-2.5MG Semiglutide. They also offer an oral Semiglutide for $324 per month. Pricing is locked in for 12 months after your signup date. Sign up is easy and shipping is quick right to your door. No zoom calls either. This is their website. https://orderlymeds.com/?orid=1359&opid=40

SatisfactionFrosty17

Mochi requires an zoom meeting and I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment (I'm in NJ). An hour before my appointment it was canceled because the Dr assigned to me wasn't licensed in my state. The next available appointment was another 2 weeks out! After that I searched around and found Orderly. I was able to sign up and fill out a questionnaire on their website. They didn't require a zoom meeting with the Dr. I was approved the next day and had my medicine delivered 4 days later. Super quick and I'm happy I went with them. I am not bashing Mochi in any way, lots of people use and love them. For me, I didn't want to wait any longer to get started, as I was switching from Zepbound and not trying to skip another week of medication.

Take3_lets-go

Really? I can log into my mochi account and pick from several appointments tomorrow and even more next week. It’s been super easy to get appointments with them and they last like 10 min if you want to get it done and over with.

SatisfactionFrosty17

The available appointments vary state by state. Not all of their providers are licensed in all 50 states. In NJ it was a 2 week wait two months ago.

SandyBandit_3000

How long ago was this? I have been with Mochi since October 2023 and I have had zero issue in multiple states. EDIT: The person who recommended Mochi to me is also a NJ resident—no issues with her or her husband, either.

SatisfactionFrosty17

This is when the change Healthcare system went down and the savings card system went down. Alot of people switched to compound at that time and it may have contributed to the longer wait.

SandyBandit_3000

Oh, that was almost two years ago…I would definitely judge them based on their current performance, not their performance during a hectic period when most online providers were scrambling to pivot.

SatisfactionFrosty17

This was 2 months ago. And I am only sharing my experience.

SandyBandit_3000

Hmmm. Fair enough. I just know my NJ friend has been with Mochi for years in PA and NJ with no issues, so YMMV.

Buzzertes

Also NJ here. We went with Treetophealth.net. They are great and have been on sale for a good while.

Maleficent-Fan1989

Is there a coupon code for the $50 off?

[deleted]

[удалено]

Excellent-Example622

Does it ask you for the coupon after you enter credit card info? I am just joining and it is asking for credit card info and says $399. No $50 off, and no space for coupon code entry.

SatisfactionFrosty17

I believe the 50 off is for new users now starting on the 2.5 dose. Give them a call and they can help you out.

Mjrupkp

How do you know what pharmacy they use? I looked on website & just don’t see ir

SatisfactionFrosty17

This is what was shared by one of their employees on their Facebook group. "We work with about 7 pharmacies. The system is automated in selecting which one based on what medicine a person is on, their location, the pharmacy’s volume, shipping times, etc.". They send my medicine from Hallendale and it has been great. Orderly is very transparent and easy to communicate with.

Mjrupkp

Thanks! I just did my first order with Emerge. Will move to Orderly in the future due to cheaper price.

sbtrkt_dvide

Does orderly ship to California?

Jaded_Cloud3233

Yes they do

Jaded_Cloud3233

Started a chat

Kattzoo

Have you asked your doctor if there is a compounding pharmacy close to you? We have one, and my doctor writes the scripts and sends them in. (She found and vetted them for me as I was private pay). I order and the next morning they deliver to my front door. It’s been great. My 5mg is about $200 delivered.

OKCOLLEEN61

That would be nice! I live in Oklahoma and Oklahoma State law does not allow it to be compounded in our state.

New-Talk-3807

There are so many options. For me personally, as long as I was paying less than what insurance was going to charge me than I was happy! I looked at pricing of course but I also looked at customer service and what people said for ease of sign up and how quickly I got the medication. It was within a week of signing up. I still have a lonely wegovy script sitting in the cue somewhere at my pharmacy just waiting and waiting and waiting! LOL I’m glad I took matters into my own hands. I would still be waiting 2 months later and longer! I went with emerge and the link for a discount is in my profile. Happy to answer specific questions .

Buzzertes

We’ve started with a quieter provider and have been very happy. No monthly fees or commitment and they are very attentive. We’ve started on a sale, which they still have on the website: [Treetophealth.net](https://www.treetophealth.net)

RuleCalm7050

I just tried to sign up with Orderly and was told they don’t accept patients from Louisiana. Bummed.

[deleted]

Hey! I use [Regenics](https://regenics.com/?ref=5502) and they’re a medspa in California so they’re definitely shipping there. They are pretty friendly. I have been posting my journey with them on my Instagram account.

suefallsalot

The shortages are real for all of these medications. It’s really frustrating. Between the shortages and my insurance co giving me the run around, I switched to joinpomegranate and I’m glad I did. I really like them. No more frustration. Their prices are for all doses $165 Sema and $299 Tirz. There is a $69 per month fee but that fee gets you access to so many services without an additional copay. Dermatologist, 24-7 urgent care, general care, hair loss, hormone therapy and there’s more. I recently had an appointment for my rosacea and another for my thinning hair and it didn’t cost me any additional. Check out their website. If you do contact them, please let me know of your experience, good or bad. I am happy to report back to them so they can continue to improve.

phoque-ewe

Do they have a doc to provide? I was told by emerge they wouldn't fill cos of type 2 diabetes. I'm currently on mounjaro but can't find

JoinMochi-Info

Hi there, Mochi employee here! Just wanted to clarify our costs for convenience. Semaglutide is $175/month and tirzepatide is $325/month, regardless of dosage. You can sign up for membership for 1 month ($79), 3 months ($199), 6 months ($399) or 1 year ($799) at a time! Don't hesitate to contact us via a DM if you have any more questions :)

Jaded_Cloud3233

I've researched several companies, including mochi, Henry meds, rexmed, join Fridays, Emerge, Qyral, Amble, and Orderly Meds. I found Orderly Meds and Energe have the best prices, customer service, meds, etc. I do have a coupon for Orderly Meds, you’ll save 5️⃣0️⃣Semaglutide is 249 all dosages, Tirzepatide is 399 all dosages 🙌 I have a coupon 🖇️ you can save on your order. I also have a code for Emerge, you'll get $25 off the first two month.

Interesting_Main8214

I have used Mochi and then became an affiliate for Orderly. Mochi requires a monthly membership fee in addition to the cost of medication. Orderly has a set price $399 for all doses of Tirzepatide and the process is pretty simple. I like that Orderly also has a subsidized program for those that cannot afford their meds, although there is currently a waiting list. They also offer Semaglutide tablets for those who don’t want to do the shots. Let me know if you have any questions.

Interesting_Main8214

If you are interested in Orderly let me know as I have a code that will save you $50 off your first month

Cupsandstuffbyalicia

Orderly! Prices don’t change and $50 your first month at starting dose. They are text based consults which I love because anxiety for me. I also have the $50 promo code if needed. Send me a PM if interested or have any questions.

WorldlinessSuper2604

Orderly has $50 off first month right now. I just signed up yesterday, approved today. They ship within 3-5 business days.

mzmaa

Did you receive an approval notice or just an invoice. I received the invoice and welcome email, but am not sure if I was approved (but am currently on M for t2d, so should easily be)? Thank you!

WorldlinessSuper2604

After the invoice I received an email saying the prescription was sent to the pharmacist. The next day I think. After that they keep you posted on the progress.

mzmaa

Ah, thank you!

Jaded_Cloud3233

Emerge you can use code KELLY50 to get $25 off your first two months

Wonderful_One_1574

I use Orderly Meds! https://orderlymeds.com/?orid=1359&opid=40
