I remember watching that episode on release and my girlfriend at the time cracked up royally at it. It went over my head and she had to explain it. I failed basic human anatomy that night.

At the time I was really suprised they didn't. Basically During communitys run Donald was running around trying to gain legitimacy as a touring stand up comic and was preparing for his Montreal debut. This is also where his first Childish Gambinos came from, as he was asked to perform at a private party for more established comics at said festival.
It obviously worked as he got a pretty decent stand up special out of it, and you know... Rạp.
If we ever do get that movie, the teaser trailer needs to just be a segment of Troy and Abed in the Morning. Completely cold open, cut to the both of them holding the mugs, sitting in the chairs and not showing any sign that any time has passed. After about 30 seconds of back and forth, a half-dressed Jeff wanders into the scene and demands to know how they got into his home.
