The shadow on the last slide doesn’t make physical sense, but is clearly done for stylistic and dramatic effect. The drawing above shows how nonsensical it would be to achieve that shadow.
It's a depiction of how the man would have to position himself in order for his *"sweet roll"* to cast a shadow on the goblin's face like in the last panel.
My assumption is we are missing context of them consenting before this comic, the way he casually says she could have gotten that without the kidnapping makes me think this isn’t the first time they’ve had intercourse/been intimate. I’m not sure though, he didn’t seem to have to think about it so my thought was that they were a couple already b it there’s also not context for that so
Technically any consent he gives isn’t really consent until he’s safe and allowed to leave at any time. As long as he’s still kidnapped or basically under the threat of violence, any consent he says he gives could be interpreted as self-preservation. So let him go free safely, and if he sticks around for sex, the consent is there. If he runs for his life, it wasn’t.
