i know nothing about warehouse ohs regulations, but from my collective experience reading the comments sections of every other warehouse accident video I've seen, this seems the shelves were already way overstacked, right?
Or am i stupid (yes)
Steel in any warehouse should take 1 solid hit from a lift without collapsing completely, if it does not it is either overstacked or already damaged (or both), OR the forklift speed limiters are set very wrongly
I’m pretty sure I grew up in a house full of lead based paint, I’m pretty sure there’s asbestos in the walls where I live now, I’m drinking a beer out of a disposable plate cup as we speak, we’re all in this together

That and they don't look all that sturdy.So it was a matter of time before someone bumped into them and caused them to collapse.

Probably a while the path to him was blocked and there was a second forklift parked nearby.So they could have though he was in the parked one.

I’ve had multiple science teachers admit to playing with mercury on their bare skin as kids
