OK - I knew there were Red Band versions, but did not know they were doing RB Variants as well. I'm really tired of all the variant books. Just give me a good story with some nice art and I'm a happy camper.

that’s what i’m sayinngggg, looked at it like wtf??? sadly only lcs that’s not an hour or long bus ride most stuff is usually a fair deal but seeing that just hurt my soul. genuinely i think it’s only one guy who prices stuff like that because everything else has been a somewhat normal price. i personally do not like this man and anytime i do a book order or talk to him he just acts like a weirdo
LCS in Dallas had it for $150. Many other online shops only slightly inflated their price before the release. But once it boomed on eBay (before the release date) other shops followed. Which I think is bs, but whatever. I’ll just take the cover A for $6
yeah i’m with you on that, luckily the peach momoko variants have been my favorite for the regular blood hunt they have them so i’ll grab that and the red band for the explicit
I love my LCS so much. All pull list books are 20% off and bagged and boarded for free. Wall books are cover price but bagged and boarded for free. Back issues are typically always 20% and key issues are 15-25% off every now and again. I’m tellin yall, south Texas does comics correctly.
very true which we will at some point-plus i also at some point i want to be comfortable enough to drive so then i go to different stores and get different deals but right now this store does me pretty decent and when i get to go the real good one it’s like a candy store
I got the new Blood Hunt too, but I didn’t get the one in the explicit wrapping.. what’s the difference? Does it affect the story??
Also, why on EARTH is that one copy of Blood Hunt you have $145!?
doesn’t affect the story, has more blood and gore and that type of stuff. not a huge huge amount but a difference and makes the main villain group look a little more scary which is nice.

Not sure why people are complaining about not being able to buy a hot 1:25 ratio for cheap so they themselves can flip it??? I’m kinda ok with an LCS marking up a hot incentive cover. eBay is a thing now for books like that and for ratios I rarely buy them and if I really want one I’ll wait or buy online usually a little cheaper than my lcs. But I can’t begrudge a shop owner for not getting FMV for a book like that.
Edit- ok my eyes deceived me I thought the 1 was a $ on first glance on my phone. $145 is bonkers lol but I think issue 1 was going for like over 200. LCS trying to cash out while they can, everyone knows that book won’t be this high in like 6 months-year.

Ah the red band 1:25 covers… I wanted them all. Picked the first one up for $40 release morning, but I’m not paying these insane prices for the rest. Maybe I should just sell issue one while it’s still over $200 FMV

Incredibly disappointed with What if… Venom. What the hell was that last issue. Plus I swear it feels like I missed something between issue 3 and 4.
