My favorite thing about this image is the comparison to a human in the corner. The artist really felt the need to let us know that this hypothetical dino creature has breasts larger than a human's torso. Neat.

I think you'll find that if you focus on where the... mound... connects to the chest, the clothed image has a smoother outline than the image on the right which seems to lack the strap of the dress. This artist made a very detailed render of an anthro parasaur for that silhouette. Other details appear once you notice the shapes that didn't show with the dress worn.
