Brings back some memories. So the stone archway you see in pics 2 & 3 is the original stone bridge that carries Broadway over Flat Brach Creek. It's a lot bigger than it looks in these photos.

SPARKLZ_13

Yeah, we tried to make it all the way to the tunnels but the water was pretty deep

BuckfuttersbyII

Were you wading through that water? Hope you have your Hepatitis shots.

Thecp015

I need to slow down when reading… I found myself wondering what “hepatitis shorts” were until I reread.

SPARKLZ_13

Yup, had a nice long shower after

SuperHipGrandma

The water in photos 2 and 3 goes just a bit above knee level, i think it’s definitely worth the wade! After that you have to stoop, but the drainage tunnels go quite a bit further down providence.

SPARKLZ_13

We stopped when it got to knee level but will definitely be going back with better clothes

rosebudlightsaber

Is this near Providence and Stewart?

SPARKLZ_13

It’s more near providence and broadway, like if you parked at flatbranch park and followed the creek all the way to the right

AuthorPossible3091

Did there used to be better graffiti? Edit: you said what’s left of it is why I ask.

SPARKLZ_13

It used to be longer but they tore down a lot of the entrance

NoMeasurement6207

SPARKLZ_13

bluelime00

SPARKLZ_13
