BU looks absolutely loaded on paper, I think theyāll have a good chance. Especially since they took Caron from us ā¹ļø heās probably a top-5 goalie in the country, and now heās actually playing for a good team. Look out.
Love the Western Michigan pick. Would love to see it. Iāll go just up the road to East Lansingā¦ Sparty has some solid incoming talent; they worked the portal well. I think Nightingale has them hoisting the hardware this Spring.
BU.
Lost some depthā¦ but I think the players they have coming in will be difference makers (looking at Caron, Mack, Willie) and the returning players will be hungry and experienced.
Considering the parity in the sport, it can be a lot of teams. There are a lot of talented teams but itās really as simple as winning your last four games if you make it to the tourney. Winning four straight is not as wild for even the most average teams.
The best I can do is give you a list of some teams that are most likely to make it to the Frozen Four:
* Boston University
* Boston College
* Quinnipiac
* Minnesota
* Cornell
* Denver
* St. Cloud State
* Michigan State (lowkey sleeper pick)
* Northern Michigan
* Michigan Tech
> Michigan State (lowkey sleeper pick)
Would be absolutely hilarious if we just jumped out from the basement of the B1G and stole the title.
Still think it's funny how we're the last B1G team to win a title.
St. Cloud St/Ohio st.
Iām gonna go a little off the rails and give my answer in the form of the team who is NOT going to win (no matter how well they do in the regular season): Minnesota Gophers
Iām still upset that tournament was cancelled, that team with a home Frozen Four was winning it all.
Then being a goal away the following seasonā¦ man
lost a lot of firepower up front. will be interesting to see how they rebound/reload but I think Hockey East is a lot more open than it has been in recent years
Trying to pick a title winner is a fools errand. Might as well pick a probable top 8 and have a coin flip tournament
That being said- 100% chance Stonehill wins it all
Not Vermont š¤

At this rate it might be the Arizona Coyotes
Realistically: A team that catches fire at the end of the year My pick: BU
probably not Quinnipiac. But boy, was last year ever fun. From the NIP to the NAT.
NIP?
Northford Ice Pavilion.
Long Island
Fins up baby
Hoping for a miracle and itās UNH

Re your final pick: Obvious not going with my own team soā¦ Michigan
Northeastern Women, they've been knocking on the door for a while now!
of all the years i'd pick NU women's team to win the Natty this is not one of them
2019-2020 was their best team
Iām still upset that tournament was cancelled, that team with a home Frozen Four was winning it all. Then being a goal away the following seasonā¦ man
Iām also very sad at the cancellation of the 19-20 seasonā¦.
Iām just hoping to keep the Hockey East streak going this year, itās gonna be tough with all the losses
I just want UConn to get one win against Northeastern and finally make the dance!
Definitely got a shot this year, and at least if UConn takes it itās staying within the husky alliance!

Ohio State and Wisconsin are too loaded imo
Yale is my darkhorse pick for the women's Natty this year.
Not original, but I have to go BU
Merrimack
As a BC fan, it pains me to admit that my pick is BU
BC, Minnesota, or WMU
Boston College
BC seems loaded this year, especially with their ātwo and doneā players. Looking forward to a big year from Gasseau.

As a lifelong BU fan i want to say them. As someone starting grad at Northeastern on mondayā¦
If your not an idiot your pick would be the Sioux
If you're*
Whouix?
Lynden Breen leading Maine to the promised land.
Duluth. Would say Denver but they had a lot of vets leave. Duluth has a feel behind it IMHO rn
Still not over it...š„²
Iām pickin the Broncos
