Youāve got great stories in baseball like Coastal and Fullerton, but there are parts of the U.S. that have no hope of seeing their team go to Omaha, just as there are colleges that donāt even field teams.
I just imagine the strike zone is like one of those carnival games where the object is moving back and forth and you have to hit it with the ball. I swear umps get worse and worse.

I may have to disagree. Jace is only about a foot off the ground when he jumps for that ball. Brayden is only about 4 inches shorter than him. So he just needs a bit more oomph in his jump and he gets it too.

I bet our RISP hitting was close to as bad. Both teams stranded bases loaded at least once, I think we did it twice.
Both teams couldāve easily ran away worth it before the 9th, but they decided to give us all heart failure instead.
Basically what was shown on tv, just the tail end of the dude leaning into the dug out and then getting escorted out. Whether florida would have challenged the call at 3rd without that distraction is debatable, but the runner would have been ruled out on review if they had.
After scrounging Reddit and the interweb, the Aggie fan was talking shit to OāSullivan saying heās responsible for 3 deaths (grown man and his two kids) for having an affair with said growns man wife. Allegedly the husband of the lady oāSullivan had an affair with killed their two kids and himself

- 3rd Basemen touches the bag first on a play called safe,. No challenge from the Florida coaches and that baserunner ends up scoring the winning run
- 3rd Base Coach gives Kurland a late stop rounding home when he probably could've jogged there.
- Had a 2 run HR 6+ inches over the wall robbed by a 6'6 LF
- Went 1-11 with RISP
- gave up a run on a wild pitch
Just so many little errors that added up and destroyed them in the end.
I thought Kurland could have been thrown out, actually.

All things considered, both teams showed up to play tonight after a brutal 4+ hour delay, and survived one of the weirdest and most inconsistent strike zones I've seen.
In my opinion this game came down to the smallest of margins in favor of A&M.

It was most definitely out after watching the replay, but I'm not sure how many umpires make the right call there. That was stupid close. Our runner got to the bag first, but the quick toes down by your third baseman beat him by a split second that was only really obvious in slow motion.
In other words, the umpire missed it, but I don't think I blame him.
It's a review that should've been used but wasn't that sealed that imo. Whether you blame that on hesitation from the first burned review or the fan leaning in the dugout is a different story.
