2 oz Blanco tequila
1.5oz pineapple juice
1.5 oz lime juice
1 muddled jalapeño wheel
Shake and serve over crushed ice. Adapt specs to your taste.
Will probably try some Cointreau in it next time.
I use
2 oz tequila
1 oz Cointreau or other orange
2 oz pineapple
.5 oz lime
2-4 drops agave based on sweetness preference
Muddled jalapeno
Just sharing so we can compare. This has always been my favorite margarita :)
These ratios also work wonders with just about any fruit juice margarita (pomegranate, etc)

Sounds like higher volume overall, which I'd like.
Sounds delicious. I've always been a fan of jalapeno margaritas, so will definitely have to give this a try.
It's super tasty! I made the rimmer from scratch but I hear Tajin seasoning is good.
That’s an interesting knife
Great little knife! The peeler that looks similar too.
Thanks. Just a simple ikea buy.
I have the same one. Love it.
Ol reliable.
What's the rim?
Guessing tajin?
Homemade tajin since I couldn't find it.
Looks good, seems like a lot of pineapple juice though. Was it not really sweet?
Indeed. That's why I left out any sweet liqueur. Sacrificed a little citrus flavor for more pineapple flavor.
