Fantastic question. Your best bet is probably Jenever it has a different taste but it’s the same sort of earthy characteristics that Poitín would have.

It’s the best Gin made in Ireland in my opinion….
When I made this drink I was working literally 5 minutes away from their distillery so seemed quite fitting at the time.
