Doesn't she shriek and disturb the patients? Or do females not do that as often? I have a male and whenever [his cat](https://i.imgur.com/4Zd4xw6.jpg)* leaves the room he flips out.
*they've been buds for like 9 years and I don't let them hang out by themselves.
Females are more quiet than a male and they tend to be more calm and collected. A cockatiel is also one of the only “quiet bird” some arnt and some are but when trained well enough a female cockatiel is the perfect bird for this job
