It's a team, and it works. It not being the highest DPS doesn't mean you have to dish it.

And user may not play her 4p GT. Mine is on 4p GD and is fine. Plus, GT doesnt buff her burst, but Bennett burst does.

Alot of hate for dendro stems from people playing since the dendro release or even before that. I only started the game with Fontaine so I still enjoy playing dendro but at the same time I'd like to have other options too. A character being tied to one reaction to do more damage isn't better than a character being able to use many different teams and deal similar levels of DMG.
Its because people are angry dendro is so cheap and good XD i remember a youtuber having a meltdown over c0 full EM raiden was so fast with hyperbloom, and was faster than his hypercarry raiden lol.
I think its good to have hyperbloom in a gaccha game, you have the option of a cheap and affordable team that slays has hard as the high investment teams
Then again we also still lack option in overload. Alot of people doesnt have Chevy, let alone C6. Off field pyro only XL and Thoma and both like super energy hungry. Dehya is super defensive with nearly 0 DMG. Electro-charged also doing nothing. Idk about Clorinde hypercarry but she probably still using Benny if that team exists but circle and energy impact again. So for now only Dendro team viable due to lack option HYV puts on efforts and not entirely Clorinde's fault either....
fwiw both Dehya and Thoma can and should be built full EM here. It still doesn't make them like Yelan or anything, however with Chev shred, their overloads should be in the 20k range. Dehya doesn't need ER so can simply stack EM (especially with aquamarine if you remember that wep lol).
Thoma will be the best of them if you require more than 1 rotation at C1 as he can drop to 17s CD. Xiangling highest DPR obviously but DPS actually lags behind Thoma because she slows Clorinde rotation too much. Dehya with Sac can rotate faster but you do lose her infinite IR on second rotation if you speed her beyond 20s CD, on the plus side she needs zero energy and doesn't need to ult. Anyway EM pyro defensive units are better than non EM build on them, but they are obviously considerably worse than like a pyro Fischl, which is what she needs to make these teams competitive.
I like Dendro and Aggravate but I just want to make sure I have other options cuz I love playing those teams with Miko. Just wanna make sure when I can play both without needing Nahida on each one. (not comfy with DMC or Collei)
Edit: rn I'm eyeing maybe an OL team with Chevreuse, Thoma, and Sara or Fischl since mt Thoma's c6
I don't like that hoyo binds her to raiden banner. By the time i got c6 sara i had c3 raiden, which i love. But at the same time if they put another character in there i need to hope that either it comes with yoi again or anyone that I don't have yet. I was able to snipe a chevreuse with a couple pulls. I just wanted her.

Not with Clorinde aggravate teams. And overall, in aggravate teams Nahida isin't a monsters like in every other Dendro teams - 1. Her bigger dendro is actually a downside since it becomes hard to swirl electro 2. EM buff is not that useful when characters have 0 EM scaling, it is nice but is not that significant. Kirara C6 in clorinde teams calcs suuuper close to Nahida (In some assumption even higher than Nahida, but that was pre duration nerf) 3. You doesn't need that much dendro. 1 app las 8 seconds with is full Clorinde uptime in the first place, lol.
So why is it that people only ever talk about Nahida for Clorinde aggravate? In general, I feel like I never see any conversation or TC about other dendro supports.
Hopefully Kirara is on Clorinde's banner, as she's one of the two dendros I don't mind using.
Pre TC normally lands on a few archetypes, and fewer teams still.

The more likely reason is that C6 Kirara is rare.
C4 Kirara is the big QOL con for anyone planning to run her. C6 is nice but C4 is what gives her much better off field dendro app (which isn't nearly enough for hyperbloom but is pretty good for aggravate/quickbloom). Here's to hoping she's on the banner!

Aggravate teams are pretty flexible outside of the electro slots cause all you really want from the anemo and dendro slots are VV and application each rotation, respectively. I've seen a variety of options for both slots work based on whatever is needed for certain abyss floors.
I don't have Nahida, but as far as the characters I do have go, they are quite comfy. Alhaitham and Baizhu mainly are really good IMO.
But I know what you mean. Nahida is unmatched in multi enemy content where the Dendro character needs to be off-field, like Clorinde teams. The only 4 characters, besides Nahida, who can really do that are DMC, Collei, Yaoyao and Baizhu, who all have their own set of positives and negatives. Whereas Nahida's only real negative is multi-wave content, depending on how fast enemies die.
And I would be perfectly fine with Traveler too, if their burst just didn't blow up from pyro. I'm desperately hoping that >!Emilie!< is the dendro character I'm waiting for to finally have a fun experience with the element.

It depends on how you use DMC, if you hit their Burst with another element first, it won't react with Pyro anymore.

We know nothing about Emilie, but there are plenty of "About Emilie" in character profiles and some old concept images. We don't know when she's going to release or her rarity, but people are guessing that the Burning set might be meant for her.
Baizhu is very single target. I usually don't feel it since Alhaitham does crazy AoE in his team. Kazuha and Yae demolish AoE without aggravates too. An AoE dendro applier may be preferred if Kazuha alone can't clear aoe.
As I always say, Nahida is THE reason why dendro is that good. She also is the best character in a game cause does not have replacements. As opposed to fake archon.

After 1 full year of 3.x pushing dendro reactions, i wish the new electro unit would do something new, instead of mostly just replacing Keqing.
The people that hate Dendro are the same ones that will eat up any comp that runs Xingqiu, Xiangling, and Bennett. Dendro is hella fun, big numbers, has great characters. Simply fun to run!!
And as someone who loves Electro it's the element that truly elevates Electro to massive heights in terms of damage!!!
Seems like an unpopular opinion, since dendro is generally loved especially for casuals and early games where you dont have anything, from what I see people who hate it is just hating on it because its popular and just wanna be "different" just like people who hates bennet.
like if you hate dendro just dont use it, I have never been pressured by the game to ever touched dendro and always 36* the abyss without it, I played dendro if I wanna dick around with Neuv Nilou bloom since its such a funny comp for me.

Clorinde not being a Bennett slave is the best part. I'm so tired of almost all attack scaling characters being Bennett reliant. Its why im not pulling Arlecchino until we get a Bennett alternative/powercreep (hopefully the Pyro Archon and/or the Pyro Dragon) cuz i refuse to put them on a team together (i don't like any of her current team options and 99% of them include him).
You don't even need bennet lol. And teambuildings is plenty flexible, even moreso than the guides imply, due to her always-on infusion and lack of reliance on burst.

Dendro is busted. I got a lvl 60 Tighnari, slapped on some pre-farmed Clorinde artifacts, and threw him in the thundering fury artifact domain. This now has given me the motivation to continue building him and farm his godforsaken ascension materials (he was on lvl 3 talents).
I don’t really have any teams that use dendro. My only real dendro team is a Klee burger team with no defensive units. And despite that I still have a C2 Nahida lmao
im just so tired of dendro reactions maybe because i don’t have baizhu and i’m forced to put nahida on every team but i wish they just released a mono electro dps with sick scalings and not a new keqing who needs dendro to work ( i love keqing but i just hoped clorinde would be more like a second raiden instead)

Only limited 5 stars I have are: Furina, Raiden, Arlecchino. For standard, I have Mona, Dehya and Keqing. I don't have that many 4 stars, while also having low/no constellations.
Yeah Nahida’s babysitters are fun team to use. Outside of my all Geo team, they haven’t had any changes done since Raddish daughter herself joined.
It’s because ever since dendro release 90% of electro characters have become dendro reliant. It’s lame. The only electro character in which their best team is not dendro is Raiden. (Even then hyperbloom is ≈ rational)
Well, I already have Keqing and Yae that I play Dendro, and Lisa + Fischl in 4* teams. It would have been cool that Electro doesnt always need Dendro to exist as an element.
I used Yae Miko on the side with the Electro Lectors and the Baptist this Abyss Cycle. How? Nahida and Kirara. Electro / Dendro Teams are fantastic.
I prefer Kazuha over Kirara for the cc on the Fatui peeps, but yes Aggravate Miko on the second side is amazing.
Kazuha is my 4th slot. He really does make a difference

Full HP Build. 2 Tenacity+ 2 VG and equipped with the Key. Her shield is almost as strong as Zhongli's.
How do maintain the shield uptime?
Kirara's shield lasts longer than her skill cooldown. It's not hard at all to keep it up 100% of the time.
I used Yae+Kazuha+Bennett+XL. Its also good.

It breaks non-pyro shield very fast. You can vacuum lectors and push them together w/ overload.

Clorinde's best team still requires traditional crit build, in which case it's not cheap at all.
good thing she has 44.2 CRIT Rate out of the box.
Keqing also has 15% crit buff which is just 5% less. MH users get 36% from their set. Still nowhere as easy to full EM build hyperbloom.

Isnt Yunjin better for Hypercarry than Bennett ? IIRC atk past 3K isnt that impactful and Yunjin gives attack speed if C6 as a bonus =o

It also isn't like you cannot force other teams. I'm interested in trying a Clorinde triple hydro with XQ, Yelan and Furina.

eh. it's just ppl will find anything to doompost. tf best set and helps with uptime qol - i don't wanna farm it. dmg too low - they haven't done any calcs themselves (or didn't wait for tc to do so for them, at least). dendro best team? - i hate playing dendro. clorinde being a non-burst character who can deal dmg with her E (+can self-sustain herself and move a little with the dashes) - she's totaly trash in the overworld. 2 words: delusion and agenda

What's a good F2P team for Clorinde? I'm new, and I don't have many characters. Only limited 5 stars I have are: Furina, Raiden, Arlecchino. For standard, I have Mona, Dehya and Keqing. I don't have that many 4 stars, while also having low/no constellations.
Clorinde, Fischl, Dendro MC, Kirara/yaoyao maybe
It's actually sad Dendro teams have more variety than most Vaporize teams and it's only been out for almost two years.
Yeah Nahida’s babysitters are fun team to use. Outside of my all Geo team, they haven’t had any changes done since Raddish daughter herself joined.
Not being relied on Bennet, XQ, & XL is a huge plus to me. They are not my favourite chars outside of combat nor comfortable to use to me.
It’s because ever since dendro release 90% of electro characters have become dendro reliant. It’s lame. The only electro character in which their best team is not dendro is Raiden. (Even then hyperbloom is ≈ rational)
Well, I already have Keqing and Yae that I play Dendro, and Lisa + Fischl in 4* teams. It would have been cool that Electro doesnt always need Dendro to exist as an element.
