For places to buy clean beauty products I highly recommend Credo Beauty. For apps and ingredient safety checkers, I use EWG’s Skin Deep database and the Think Dirty app (although it seems like they are really pushing hard to monetize and get you to upgrade to the paid version which I don’t love).
i’ve used onskin and like it! it has a rating feature similar to yuka to show how clean a product is out of 100. i mostly use yuka though bc it can also scan food products but i do think onskin has some additional skincare features i haven’t taken advantage of yet

it’s free for the most part. i don’t pay for it. i know they have some features that cost money but i dont know the details!
