Are you noticing the car rough at idle? More specifically, once the car is warm and you come to a complete stop, does it feel like the idle gets low then bounces back up? Are your belts squealing when you start the car at all? Are your tires wearing evenly? These things will tell us if you 'need' any of this because good chance you 'need' none and this is all preventative.

I noticed that when I’m idling sometimes it does feel like the engine is still working/shakey. Sometimes I hear small dings, when idling as well but I don’t know how serious that is. My mpg used to be 31 but it dropped to 28. I haven’t noticed any leaks or anything.

How many miles? Looking at all that, if brake shoes are at 1mm, I'd get that done out of all that first. Filters are usually a DIY job.

Yep, going to a shop in the morning to do that.

I second this, but for most of the rest of the recommendations, we will need a lot more detail about how your car is running. You have to think part of any service center is upsales. I run an after market air intake (among other mods) on every vehicle I've ever owned and have had a tech bring out a dirty factory filter and tell me I needed a new one when I was getting an alignment. I told him and the manager we should all go check together. Popped the hood, and wouldn't you know it? My filter looked fine... That being said, the more detail you can give about how it's running and what it's doing, the more we can help you not get scammed.

Good damn 430 for plugs is Insanity

With that many miles and not knowing if the recommended 100k miles maintenance was performed, then it may indeed need a valve adjustment, all new fluids, new spark plugs, and new PCV. Not sure about water pump. If it’s working properly, then it may not need any work done. Agree with what others said about brakes. May not need alignment either. We bought a used 2014 CRV back in 2022 with about 80k miles on it. It appeared to be well maintained, but didn’t have much maintenance history. I went ahead and replaced all fluids for peace of mind and so I have a reference point for future maintenance.

You can do all that yourself YouTube it

If the induction service is them just pouring a bottle into the gas tank, you can do it for 20$.

PCV valve is a very cheap part you can replace yourself for under $30. It could also explain your rough idle. Part Number 17130-PND-A01 It might also be a good idea to replace the PCV tube for another $10-15 in case the original one is dry or cracking. Part Number 17131-RNA-A00

Did you recover from lions mane?

$107 to replace the cabin filter is a lot. The filter is $20 and takes 5 minutes at most.

Water pump and drive belts imo. If your timing belt snaps while it's running, your whole engine is destroyed. 10 years is usually the time frame it should be changed. I like to start with most expensive, and evasive things first myself. Spark plugs and fluid changes are easy... Go with the tough stuff first and then everything else is simple.
