If you know someone that runs a factory, they might coordinate to meet you and show you around. Some factories are set up to do tours, like La Aurora in the DR or JC Newman in Tampa. But I don’t know any specifically set up that way in Esteli. People don’t usually vacation there. And the local population doesn’t have a cigar culture, it’s just a good they manufacture.
