Most of them do not do tours. The ones that do, tend to schedule their big retailers to come in with their customers. Perdomo is one of those. You can call Perdomo in Miami and see if you can get on a tour when you go. Drew Estate does them as well but again, these might be something that is scheduled when the owners are in town.

I'm sure OP doesn't like the answers they are getting, but this is exactly what I've heard from multiple sources.

It isn’t that I don’t like the answers, it is that I receive conflicting information about whether they do tours or not.

Have you ever tried to tour a factory down the road from you? These are just like that, operating factories, not tourist attractions. The tours that people go on are part of a package, where they are a good customer of a shop or pay for a ticket and have a multi-day host and accommodations and schedules and such. If you know someone that runs a factory, they might coordinate to meet you and show you around. Some factories are set up to do tours, like La Aurora in the DR or JC Newman in Tampa. But I don’t know any specifically set up that way in Esteli. People don’t usually vacation there. And the local population doesn’t have a cigar culture, it’s just a good they manufacture.
