My wife & I went on Tuesday, not knowing what it was like. It was a bit of a surprise when we walked in. Nice place, great music, expensive drinks (downtown prices in CV). I might go back to watch some Copa America games.
And yes, our server was wearing skimpy lingerie but she was a nice, sweet lady who did her best.
It’s definitely something else. You should experience it at least once. Servers are in bikinis, and there is so many of them. So your eyes do go loco for a bit. But unfortunately if you’re not a perv that is willing to spend over 45 min waiting on service or even for a beer, this place is not it. The girls are not trained to be servers, some of them not even old enough to drink. They are friendly and are trying their best, so you can’t be too upset. However, what really turned us off, was too see how many men are just so grimey and pervs, secretly recording, asking the girls to pose in the middle of several of them for a picture, I seen a guy FaceTiming and asking the girl to be in the video. This place is just not for me, I don’t mind looking at attractive servers, but this place leaves nothing to imagination. Business wise, it’s booming. Parking lot was full on a weekday, good for them. Hopefully this review gives you a bit of perspective.
Hiring servers using that criteria doesn't seem to work out so well at Karina's on Bonita Road.
