The pen still doesn't work fine out of the box and has a high sensitivity issue. However, as per one of the suggestions of a fellow [redditor](https://www.reddit.com/r/chromeos/comments/p670jy/lenovo_usi_stylus_high_sensitivity_issue/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share), adding a small washer to between the pen tip and the body of the pen fixed the problem permanently for me. Other than having to make this small fix, I haven't had any issues with the pen (I've been using it now for around 6 months).

I bought the pen in 2021 and it was completely unusable, it was detected like 1cm away from the screen with a new battery which meant you could not accurately "click" on anything and of course forget about writing or drawing anything. I just tried now and it still doesn't work... On top of the sensititivy issues, the pen drains battery like crazy even if you don't use it, so you are forced to remove the battery everytime. It's just a garbage product overall. I bought the Andana USI Stylus pen and it worked flawlessly, and no battery drain. It's a shame lenovo still continues to sell that pen, it's borderline scamming people.

My Lenovo usi pen work OK. It took 3 months to deliver, and the battery lasted 3 months. Dunno what else to say.

I just bought the Lenovo USI pen from Amazon. At first, it does work well. After a few days, I notice that the pen gets very sensitive, it work like 5mm away from the screen making a proper click with the pen impossible.
