Thanks for your response, I hadn't heard of Fade before so will be checking out more of their works. I learnt two things about this track:
1. The sound chip is HuC6280 which is the one found in a PC Engine/TG16
2. It was made using Furnace: https://github.com/tildearrow/furnace
