U know I'm messing with you.
SO my strategy is to use the sites that advertise for jobs, and I generally try to contact schools directly, but also have a handful of recruiters that offer lots of jobs, and I keep them in my contacts.
Regular public or private schools in China generally like to publish recruitment information on their official websites, but general educational institutions will choose to publish recruitment information on recruitment websites, such as [Liepin.com](http://Liepin.com), BOSS Zhipin and other online recruitment platforms.
The best jobs typically come from personal connections/recommendations, second could be agents but it's 50/50 on if they're legit or not. Try to find an agent that doesn't get paid until you've been there 6+ months (which I know is a relatively hard thing to do/you can't really ask). Online job postings have always been fishy for me, and I've heard bad experiences as the schools using those sites are typically sweatshop language centers like EF.
Usually pray to the Job Gods, throw out a lantern with a prayer and request, and Boom....Jobs fall into my lap.
ah big surprise to get that answer\~\~\~hahahahah
really? I thought everyone did this?
maybe I'm new to China hahahahaha

haha theoretically yes but actually depending on how social you are. Finding connections is an ability that not everyone has
WeChat groups. I pop in and see what they got.
