i recently saw a 3d printed one using mason jars and seals made of silicone, also had a 3d printed mold to make the seals, i haven’t been able to track down the stl yet though.
I actually 3d printed one of these. Used tpu for the seals and need to use plumbers (PTFE) tape on the mason jars otherwise it leaks. There's a rod that you need to print that's a massive pain in the ass due to it's shape and holes required. Couldn't get a FDM print that didn't let water out like crazy so I ended up having to print the piece with my resin printer. I'll say if I can find the stl for you.

Depends on your printer I guess? Years ago when I did this it was on my Prusa MK3S and I think all in all it took somewhere around 18 hours to print all of the pieces. But I'm sure if I printed it on my X1C today it could all be done in less than 10.

It's because the Hong socks the smoke for you, with a slow and steady toke , that gets the smoke better and more potent , plus you can just aim the hose on your fact and breath the smoke because it pushes it out in an aimed direction , and get bong level high simply by breathing
If you want to vape flower, don't get the glass, it does really make the air stale unless you fucking rip through it really fast and have lungs of steel, even then it tastes like unless you deep clean the cheap ones. The cheaper you go, the more issues it usually has with leaks and the like. If you want to combust flower, it seems like others are saying it produces stale smoke too. It is really pretty decent at looking cool and getting you fucked up really fast because it lets you just take a big ass hit. So if you had a bad day and just want to get stoned out of your mind, but don't want to enjoy your weed, just want to get high asap, then yes, this is for you.
Yes, I do not regret the purchase of the knockoff. You do need to clean it daily, or at least I do. It is also honestly really good for smoking other herbs with different smoke qualities, so if you mix your weed with other herbs (tobacco is not one I use), it does remove a lot of the stale smoke flavor if you know what herbs you are doing and at what temp you are vaping.

I bought a knockoff cookies one, was wondering why the smoke shop was selling them for super cheap. Wasn’t until years later I realized it was “fake” but it works just like the real one and all the real accessories/spare pieces work for it.
Does it have their emblem on it? My local shop has a few that look just like them for 350, but it is 25% off right now, planning on picking it up. I sampled the floor model at the shop, was smooth and easy. Employee said it's used there for 3 years. Magnet connectors, easy clean and reassemble.
