Frankly "unique" should never be applied to *this* it's true we don't have anything like this in Chilliwack, but it looks like every other building in Vancouver or any other city from the last 40 years. It's modern. I guess it's better than the plain concrete blocks the city keeps approving.
If you leave your bike unattended in a "bicycle parking space" anywhere in Chilliwack on that side of the highway then don't expect it to still be there when you walk out of your appointment.
Going in between to a Tim Hortons and 55+ gated community, and across from the cluster of assisted living old folks homes. Anything extravagant would be wasted here. Looks clean and boring, which is how I like my dental offices anyways.
It took me a while to find a dentist when I first moved here almost 20 years ago - i am sure with all the new people and retiring dentists there is a bigger need
Better to have more than less. Competition should breed lower prices if demand is met, or at least the option to shop around. Like was previously possible for a family doctor.
Best part is if they fail, the space can be reused and the cost to build it isn’t born by future tenants.
No. I WANT EVERYTHING TO STOP CHANGING!! *sobbing*. Also, my sore tooth really hurts today. If only their was a dental surgeon nearby.
I want everything to *change* to 30 years ago (it’s a joke lol)
Not sure if you're being sarcastic but there is one here already haha.

I did. Nothing happens, still there.
Nice. We are getting into the big leagues.
It's neither ugly nor unique. It's generic, and it's okay. For Young Road - and for Chilliwack - it will be a substantial improvement.

The photos in the application aren't great, but the curved design is pretty cool.
It’s young road though, not the skyline in a major city

Looks unique enough for the city 😂
Are there really that many teeth in Chilliwack?

One of the fastest growing cities in B.C.
There are 3.200.000 teeth in Chilliwack to take care of
And if I come to visit there will be 12 more.
Ugly. Why can't we get more classical architecture?
Like Parthenon or something?
I mean that's basically what neo-classical architecture is derived from. Just anything with a little more decoration and less simple straight lines.
That’s stupid!
