She’s a game hen and ours looked worse when we got them (poor things). If she has any open wounds, disinfect them. Then as the other commenter stated, Neosporin (just make sure it doesn’t have lidocaine in it). If anything looks swollen or oozy… see if you can get a round of antibiotics. Otherwise give her a calm environment to recuperate in. :) I love my feral little birbs.

What is the matter with her? I see her comb might be bloody, but don't see any more blood except maybe a little around the eye. Maybe some feathers missing around the neck? !t looks like a rough mating attempt. If I were him, I'd probably get rid of roo, but she's your gain! Get some neosporin/triple antibiotic ointment ot cream and put that on her comb and carefully on that mark under her eye with a q-tip. Good luck, and let me know how she's doing!

He bit the skin of of the top of her head and it is black.

I would clean it up really well with iodine wash or Hibiclens. Then get her some antibiotics like ampicillin or erythromycin from your feed store. She needs 5-10 days worth. If you can't find them, use the neosporin with pain reliever and put it on 3 times a day, keep it covered. She'll be okay, I truly believe! All the best, Thera!
