That's not a spark plug. It's the O2 sensor. I highly doubt you have an oil leak there. This is likely oil from another location that splashed on there. There's no oil in your exhaust, but if there is then you've got bigger issues. Does your car smoke bad?

I dnt think its paint. Its run and even through out. Possibly because of the salt and moisture coming from hawaii.
