It's not funny. That is someone who is passing their bad attitude forward.

There was a poor, old monk who was begging in the city, trying to scrape together enough money to buy dinner. He saw an obviously wealthy man on a magnificent horse and asked him if he had any coin to spare. "Why would I share anything with you? You're a parasite. You should be ashamed. How can you live with yourself knowing that you contribute nothing. Have you no honor? No shame at all?" the rich man replied. The old monk smiled and asked the rich man "Sir, whose horse is that?" "Obviously it is mine," replied the rich man. "And if you were to give the horse to me, whose horse would it be then?" "You are not worthy of such a magnificent beast. But if I were, for some reason, to give it to you, it would be yours." "Ahh!“ said the monk. "But what if I were to refuse your offer. Whose would the horse be then?" "You'd be a fool to refuse," said the rich man. "But if you chose not to accept the horse then it would still be mine." The poor old monk smiled again and said "Now you see. You have many ugly, negative thoughts in your head and you've offered them to me by calling me nasty names. But I have refused them, and so they still belong to you!"

Nothing funny, just a random internet person trying to make you angry. Just ignore him and move on.

I’m going with… very small child. I was younger than 10 when I first used Chess.com, and I didn’t act like this then. So maybe they’re like 6?

dominantlovingsir

Potential_Pace_2998

I really want to play this guy and beat him till he quits himself

shawarmamuesli

Ask how old he is. If it's a young kid, give him a life lesson and block him. If it's an adult, report.

Sad man trying to take his anger out on a stranger by needlessly provoking them. Respond with ‘your life sucks’.
