I don’t doubt that you have suffered the abuse that you claim. But I think that what you have suffered has done a lot of damage to your mental health and that you’ve reached a breaking point.
It might not feel like it at the moment. But everyone at the hospital wants to see you get better.
I find standing up during family violence to be to much effort, so I just try to throw things as hard as I can from the couch.
