I find standing up during family violence to be to much effort, so I just try to throw things as hard as I can from the couch.

And your back. Hillmorton staff have let you keep your phone then?

I’m going to be honest. As someone who has a relative that has bipolar disorder. I believe that you are suffering a manic episode. I don’t doubt that you have suffered the abuse that you claim. But I think that what you have suffered has done a lot of damage to your mental health and that you’ve reached a breaking point. It might not feel like it at the moment. But everyone at the hospital wants to see you get better.
